Bought a drink supplement for my friend this afternoon. got a superb customer service from Richie. I was impressed by the level of service he provides.
I JOINED THE MEMBERSHIP CAUSE OF THIS GUY! AWESOME!

I’ve never had a bad experience at GNC, it’s just not a good place to go. I only come here every once in a while… really rarely and it’s usually to buy Quest bars.
The one piece of advice I can give to people who are new in the fitness and supplement world is DO NOT come here expecting to get answers from them. My boyfriend will sometimes «quiz» them in a way and ask them questions he already knows the answers to just for fun. Really, they don’t know about fitness, lifting, supplements, macros or any question you need answered or what to buy. Do your research online about your supplements before you come here if you’re going to buy something from GNC.
Which brings me to my next point, don’t shop here for supplements. It’s so overpriced it’s ridiculous. Just buy your products on Amazon and you’ll save a ton of money. Seriously.

Overpriced products and undereducated sales stuff! I will never purchase anything from GNC anywhere ever again.
They will charge one price for a product at one store and a completely different price at another store for the same item! They’re supposed to be a corporation where the prices are supposed to be equal across the board. However GNC does things a little different! Not to mention if you don’t have a members card which expires every year that you pay for, the prices double. Very disappointed. I’ll stick to a nutrition shop.
