By far the worst Johnny Rockets I’ve ever been to! Came here on a Thursday afternoon and the woman at the front counter went to seat two people and never came back to seat us. Finally a serve came and said have you been helped, I said no and he seated us. A little while later our server came Alyssa came, she had an attitude like she was to good to wait tables but hello that’s your job! You signed up for this! She barely checked on us and it took forever for her to take our order. Her attitude died down and she became a little more pleasant as the meal came to an ending. The food is very overpriced for what you get the presentation and how it taste and I will chalk this up to being because it’s in an amusement park. Overall would not return!

Make sure you check your receipt. Got overcharged for lunch today. Noticed it when I got home. Left restaurant a voicemail. Waiting to hear back. Otherwise, food is average but overpriced. This is probably what you expect from amusement parks. Service was pleasant but like I said — got overcharged.

Slow service but the food is good. Not the greatest, but descent. The hostess just bombed all the servers all at once and they weren’t on the floor yet. Wow. Now a lot of people are complaining.

Terrible customer service. Our waitress, her name was Toni, was very rude to us. There was no chili for our chili cheese fries, no ketchup, & our milkshakes took over half an hour to finally arrive! It was later on in the evening and not that many people were there. Wasted our time & money.

Where do I start… Put my name down and was told it would be a 40min wait. We asked the hostess so if we come back in 35mins we will still get a table? We were told yes. Came back 30mins later to find out they already called my name. After complaint for 5mins, we were given a table. I ordered the grilled chicken salad with the house dressing. The salad looked like if it was sitting there for like half a day. I was soooo hungry I ate it all… That was my mistake. Left Knotts Berry Farm and headed to Las Vegas. By 8pm that night I was withering in pain!!! Stomach was hurting and I spent the whole night puking my guts out ruining my Vegas Vacation. Don’t get me wrong, I love Knotts Berry Farm, but Johnny Rockets just lost a loyal customer with poor service and the food poisoning was pain I don’t want to ever experience again

My boyfriend, friends, and I, dined here on an off-peak Friday. Our server was Sunya. She was energetic, helpful, checked on us often, and even made me a Strawberry Lemonade(which wasn’t on the menu)! The sweet potato fries were awesome(ask for Ranch or BBQ Sauce), and our food was served at the right temperature, promptly, and was great serving size-wise.

After being contacted by one of the hostesses, I have decided to remove my photo. She has gone out of her way to apologize and explain why she used a sign to communicate with customers(she lost her voice during her shift). And I appreciate her initiative. I also respect a woman who has the backbone to stand up and defend herself when portrayed in an unjust light. Thanks, Diana. This does not, however, change my view of the overall experience I had while at this location. I hope to be contacted by corporate to discuss this matter further.

This is one of the worst Johnny Rockets bar none! The wait was an hour food took half hour in increments? First my sweet potato fries then 10 minutes later my Rip off Double Burger not as shown and only one layer of bacon not two a shown onion rings were not same as pictured(size of a quarter?) then my sons meal was brought out ten minutes later, he had bacon cheese fries? Burger was cold food was awful! I talked to manager Adrian and he said I’ll talk to the cook about the lack of double patty means double bacon! Even the water tasted like rusty pipes! Should have went to Mrs Knotts Restaurant instead best fried chicken on earth!

With so many other foods choices in the park, the long wait, the long time it takes for your food to come, and the so-so quality of it is just not worth it. Our server was great, but that was it. Eat somewhere else!

I haven’t been to Johnny Rockets in a while but was happy to see a location inside of Knotts Berry Farm. I remember Johnny Rockets always being a reliable choice when hungry. And it’s no secret — I love me a veggie burger. Johnny Rockets did not disappoint. I believe our waiters name was Robert and he was on point and really cool. Sure, there was a 15 minute wait, but I think it’s one of the only sit down waiter service restaurants at Knotts, and I didn’t mind the wait for a reliable meal. Sides are separate. Don’t remember this at every location since I haven’t been to one in years, but I have a feeling sides are separate just at this location… But Robert was cool and recommended us to just share 1 order of fries and it turned out to be the perfect amount. NOTE: This location does not carry avocado or sour cream. Burgers were tasty. I got a streamliner and it’s pretty average — it’s a boca burger. But the bun was fresh and grilled onions were tasty. My dad added cheese on his and we both finished ours with a smile. But what really got me were the fries. They were fresh and sooooo good. Crispy and tasty. And our server even brought us a side of ranch dressing without anyone asking. Service was on point. Although the wait is gone, it’s a reliable place to get a great meal! Just make sure to put your name down on the wait list and you may even have time to go do some other things before your meal. Next time im at Knotts, I’ll be eating here!

Typical Johnny Rockets fare — the shakes were really good(get the Strawberry-Banana — wow!). The burgers were fine(I tried the patty melt — pretty good, but get the regular burger). My only knock is that, this being the largest Johnny Rockets, and being in Knott’s Berry Farm, they really didn’t seem to be able to manage the volume of people. Took about 35 minutes to get a table, then another 10 to get water. Then shakes and a bacon-cheese fries order. Then the burgers. We spent about 80 minutes grabbing a ‘quick’ lunch. Seems hard to believe that the volume was particularly higher on this Saturday than on any other Saturday… Solid choice, but go really early and beat the crowd.

it was my son’s birthday trip to knotts… he wanted a giant johnny rockets burger for lunch… it was a 30+ min wait.ugh. i didn’t want to eat here… but we did .with a smile! it was nice sitting down at an inside restaurant… hubby, daughter and son each ordered the burger of their choice… i order bacon, cheese fries. ha! we all shared fries. hubby and i shared a burger… kids downed theirs. i though food was good enough… boys loved it! daughter said meh… Plus inside seating. prices about the same as other places in park + tip better burgers at this johnny rockets vs the one at six flags more selection of burgers than an average theme park menu minus sides are separate long wait not a good selection of salads… which is why i ordered fries!

Not even 1 star, way over priced, service was beyond horrible, not even packed, food was cold, complained to our server, took the food back looks like they threw it under a heat lamp for a bit, then I ordered a double burger, came out with a single, sent it back… common people how stupid do you have to be to work here. Never again… save your money and go to Carl’s jr. Or burger king!

It was scorching hot at Knotts Berry Farm. Decided to head down to Johnny Rockets for some shake. The staff was great and full blast AC. However, i was quite disappointed with the portion they offered there. For a kids meal of chicken tenders, we thought they would serve a little more, especially for this price — $ 12 plus tax and tips was whopping too expensive! What did we get? 3 tiny chicken tenders and unlimited minature sodas. The kids were not full and not satisfied. It didnt even come with any veggies or toys for the kids. Never will i go there again. Way too expensive!

For an in-park restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and service I received during my visit a few days ago. My group and I decided to dine at Johnny Rocket’s to avoid the constant pressure of monsters and all things scary during Halloween Haunt/Scary Farm and we were seated immediately despite it being relatively busy. Our host, server, and busser were extremely friendly and provided excellent service to our party even though they made a few errors on our order(hence the loss of one star). The prices aren’t too outrageous but I didn’t like that each order was a la carte. I thought it was relatively inconvenient to pay around $ 8 – 10 for a burger/sandwich/nuggets and have to shell out an additional $ 5 just for French fries. But hey, I guess they have to make money somehow! The malts and shakes are also pretty pricey at about $ 7 – 8 but since they give you the drink plus the tin you do get your money’s worth. The last thing I have to mention is that they played rap/EDM music at the restaurant which I think breaks the theme of an American diner since I expected to hear ‘50s music… but I guess the restaurant was just trying to appeal to their audience. All in all, I would recommend coming here if you don’t want to eat any of the Knott’s themed food(aka chicken and shortbread cookies)!

Not even deserve 1 star My kids order 2 floats with their kids meal for extra charge but never got them… they were disappointed and angry… our food took for ever to arrive… Bad service, it was our first time to this franchise, never visit any again ever.

First time I’ve ever tried Johnny Rockets and it happens to be the one inside Knotts. We walked in and gave a name and within 5 minutes we were seated at a booth. The atmosphere is loud and open with some music hits playing. I like the 50’s feel it has to it too with a juke box at the table and red seats with white tables! My son ordered an Icee float which is blue raspberry Icee with a scoop of delicious creamy vanilla ice cream on top. Too be honest at first it was just okay but as the ice cream melted in it I wanted more. The chocolate shake was so yummy! There is a good amount of shake flavors to choose from and you can tell they use some good ice cream for those shakes. The chili cheese fries and regular fries were brought out to us just a few minutes before our orders were. I was hoping these would come out at the same time but the chili cheese fries were so delicious that I did not mind. The cheese was melting into the chili perfectly and tasted so good. The order is pretty big so between three of us we shared. As for the regular fries they were a bit on the soggy side and needed salt. My order was the BBQ chicken melt which has grilled chicken, onion rings, cheddar cheese and BBQ sauce on sourdough bread. The bread was buttery and toasted! Loved every bite even when it was just the corners with sauce and cheese. As for the rest of the FAM they enjoyed their meals too. Food was fresh and tasted good. Our server was nice and efficient checking on us the whole time!!!

We came in here hesitant because of all the Unilocal reviews but I am VERY impressed. Their service was amazing, our server in particular was Sunya and not only was she super funny, but she danced great! Lol and she recommended the best food. I had the BBQ Chicken Sandwich and it has seriously amazing, highly recommend it! We were here for maybe about 40 mins total and she continuously came to check up on us to make sure we were satisfied with our order which is surprising for a packed Saturday evening. Not a single complaint.

Absolutely LOVE the Johnny Rockets inside Knott’s Berry Farm, and so do my husband and two kids(ages 15 and 11). All the employees that we came in contact with were very friendly, and very attentive. The food was DELICIOUS! I’m not usually a big fan of hamburgers but I’m addicted to their Smokehouse burger! Hamburger patty, cheese, bacon, onion rings, and BBQ sauce on the most delicious bun ever! I split it with my son but I wish I had my own! We shared because we also shared Chili Bacon Cheese Fries! I can see why it’s in the Shareable menu — great portions! Very delicious as well! I definitely recommend them, and we plan to eat there every visit! I wish we had one closer to us because I would definitely eat there more!

We had really great service from Adrian tonight. We arrived with our three children just before close. He was friendly and attentive the entire time we were there. I felt bad for him because he had a table of young, immature girls who really just didn’t want to pay for their meals let alone leave a tip. Even my 9-year old picked up on it and we quickly explained to her that’s not how to act. She blamed their parents. Ha! Despite the drama with their table he held his composure and was very courteous and professional. The prices here are the same as all the other stores which was awesome not paying more for dining in an amusement park. All of our burgers were cooked perfectly and came out nice and hot. I would definitely come back again over the other burger places here.
