Party Time Bus & Limousine

I used this service last weekend for my birthday. The lady Yazmin was very helpful and answered every question I had. The bus arrived early and our driver was very friendly. One of my friends got her phone stuck behind the seats and they were able to get the phone out a few days later. They had to take the seat out and take the phone out. They did not charge me for that and I was very happy about that. I will for sure use this company again. Thank you for making my birthday great!

I rented a party bus for my daughter’s 18^th birthday on ²⁄₂₇. Though we started off on the wrong foot, i was never told i had to pay my balance in cash to the driver, i had my credit card ready and was told no. I had to run to the bank which delayed the leave, however, the owner comped the time lost. The aux cord wasnt working so the kids asked the driver to stop at target again, the owner said she will discount, the owner made things right and called to follow up. After that things ran smooth and my daughter had a great 18^th birthday. The driver could have been less grouchy but I was satisfied. I would recommend them and will deff use again in the future. Prices were unbeatable… Thanks Cynthia for following up. I was nervous at first but everything worked out great!

Excellent service the driver came on time, there was beverages and supplies along with a bottle of vodka waiting for us. It was a beautiful experience our driver got us to a destination safely. Help the ladies down on the staircase very classy and professional definitely recommend their services you will not be disappointed.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! By looking at all these positive reviews I had no doubt in my mind that booking with this company would be a pleasant experience. That was not the case for me considering my horror story. I booked them for December 12^th 2015 for my birthday and I got the 25 passenger bus. The morning after, and weeks following, this company claims that my friends and I did extreme damage to the bus. By extreme I’m talking almost 3000 dollars in damages. That’s when the charges started getting racked up on my dads credit card. They claimed we destroyed their entire sound system and broke the emergency hatch door. It was a complete disaster. When I started to notice that this company was a little fishy was when they had to keep telling me that «we are an honest company» honest companies don’t have to constantly tell you that. We cut off our credit card because it seemed like the charges would never stop. Then they told us that they were going to charge us an additional 800 dollars since they had to «rush the parts in» in what world does expedited shipping cost 800 dollars? Through further investigation my dad looked them up and found that their licenses and permits to drive busses and limos expired in December of 2013. I rode on one of their busses in December of 2015. They were illegally driving my friends and I around without the proper licenses, permits, insurances, ect. In order to get these they have to pass inspection by the California highway patrol. Interesting huh? Maybe the things did break on the bus that they claimed but not because of me. Maybe because they were already broken, which is why they have failed to have their busses checked for safety for the last 2 YEARS! My dad gave all of this information to the bank and disputed the charges and after 2 months, I got my money back. My entire life savings. The company threatened to sue me if I didn’t pay for my damages, I got got my money back, so why haven’t they sued me? Because they know they have no real case in court if they were illegally functioning at the time I did business with them. Stay away from party time bus and limo at all costs. They will manipulate you, take advantage of you, and go on a shopping spree to upgrade their run down busses with your credit car. I hope they get shut down.

Everything worked out great. The driver was fantastic and my daughter and her friends had a fantastic time. I will for sure recommend and use these guys again.

I had the opportunity to share a once in a lifetime concert experience with some of my closest friends. So we thought we’d go in style. And in style we did! I couldn’t believe how beautiful the limo was that rolled in front of the house. Lincoln white stretch with party lights, 3 TV screens and great sound system. It was spectacular. For nontechies like me. Either have tech friends with you or ask them to explain system that you get to control for sound, air, music, etc before you travel. Wonderful service with a caring attitude. Would highly recommend for the fanciest of events. Thank you!

Rented a bus from Party Time Bus and Limousine this past weekend for my girl friends birthday. I requested bus to show up 15 mins earlier so we could decorate and stock bus since it was a surprise for my girl. My girlfriend and all her friends were so excited. Driver was Geo he was very professional. Bus was the one we saw on their website. Best thing about bus was the bumping sound system it got the party going!!! I will definitely recommend these guys to all my friends and family.
