Pinecrest Apartments

I went for a tour of the apartments last week. The property manager, Kat, was super approachable and knowledgeabl. The place was clean and definitely looked like a place where I could see myself raising my family. I cannot wait to move in :))

Kat (property manager) is awesome! She became our manager about 2 months ago & has really cleaned this place up! The things I had been asking to be fixed in my unit for 8 months were fixed within a week of her being our manager… I now love calling Pinecrest my home!

This complex was terrible, they’re were car breakins and loud music, a dirty pool however we just recently got a new manager and she is terrific. She’s always seen walking around the property and taking care of issues faster than any one we had before. This complex is now heading in a good direction! Within a week of her being her the pool was clean and late at night I noticed we have patrol from local PD in the parking area. It’s finally a comfortable place to live! I cannot wait to see what my future with Pinecrest Apartments holds!

I have lived in this apartments for about three years and I love how spacious it is. I love that there’s a den and that the master room is very large but there are so many things wrong with this complex that it’s hard to even begin explaining everything. There has been no manager for the past six months, there was a new manager and then she left so now we are stuck with no manager. The pool is theee most disgusting pool right now. very dirty everywhere. roaches spiders and no pest control. no maintenance in the complex whatsoever. everything is falling apart. the cabinets are breaking and no one fixes them and pretty much everybody in that complex sells drugs. everybody smokes weed and I’m stuck in an apartment where the neighbors downstairs smoke weed inside of the apartment and my kids are smelling that every day because the smell comes in through the bathroom vents and the manager that was here six months ago said that he couldn’t do anything about it. It has been a very unpleasant experience from two years till now.

This place is ghetto! Loud noise and ghetto people. Property is dirty and not maintenanced! Trash all over and graffiti. People are always hanging out in front of the building. The Management Company Needs To Clean This Place Up AND Get Rid Of THE Ghetto People
