My husband and I came in recently to purchase 3 new phones. We were hesitant with the reception and sprint’s bad reputation but after seeing how much we would eventually save, we decided to sign up with them. We were helped by a guy who spoke broken English and seemed to be very new there.(I’m being courteous and not disclosing his name). The reason I say that is because he had a lot of questions, going back and forth and lots of misinformation that was relayed then retracted. For example, they never disclosed we were going to pay the taxes on our own phones, which we turned in, and then had the taxes on the documents to sign. He also said it would take an hour but we ended up being there for over 2 hours. He then promised us cases, screen protectors and 2 car chargers but then said they ran out. He never once apologized but rather foot the blame on other circumstance. I came back 2 days later as he said he would have the accessories in for pick up. I got there and I was told they couldn’t provide me with them because of inventory reasons. Again, never an apology for the inconvenience but rather again foot the blame that their manager was not there. I stood there with an infant in hand and explained to them it was inconvenient for me with a newborn to come back and forth so I would appreciate it to have it ready for pick up. Literally, I asked them to put it in a bag and have it ready and then asked our sales guy to contact me. That was the least they could do. Another guy who spoke English proficiently came over and even said I could pull over like curb side pick up. I told our sales rep to have it.(Btw we have been communicating via text as he asked us to.) I called our sales guy today and he proceeds to tell me to go in and ask his assistant manager for our accessories since he was at lunch but there’s no chargers so I would have to come back for that. Now, it seems like they are great when it comes to closing the sale but there’s no follow up or continued customer service. Is this place run by a bunch of young kids on commission and there’s no respect or courtesy for their customers time or experience? My husband walked in to pick up these items and now the assistant manager tells him it’s one or he other as far as the cases or the chargers go. At this point, it’s not even about the stupid cases but rather the principal. He was told he needed to come back for the chargers and he demanded our sales rep calls us himself. I won’t hold my breath. Here I was worried about reception or if my phone would have data coverage where ever I go, but rather I am having the worst customer service experience one week into switching my plan. Have your people better trained in customer service and your products. I’m truly disappointed, annoyed and actually a little pissed off. Sprint, I hope you are reading this as this location seriously needs an audit and probably some retraining. * I opened up the screen protector and one was cracked. Smh.

Best Sprint Store in the town. Bilingual rep is available Korean English and Spanish. Friendly staff, they know their stuff, they didn’t try to sell me, rather they tried to help finding my needs. Great job.

Just walked to pick up new iPhone 6 for me and my wife. Friendly and knowledgable personnel gave me very thorough explanantion of plan and pricing breakdown. I ended up getting new iPad air with data package for only $ 30 more to very much discounted plan! Anyone looking to upgrade or change phone should definitely check this store out!

They have bilingual Korean and Spanish speakers on staff. It definitely helps due to the demographic makeup of the area. Employees are very friendly and work together to help customers. It is good to see because in other phone stores, employees don’t seem to help other customers out if it won’t benefit their sales or commission. The store is very clean and organized. They do have a lot of accessories options available. I really recommend their glass screen shield. It is way better than the invisible shield which I’ve had for years previously. Just a tip, visits take a long time(30minutes to one hour), so if you’re planning on going in, expect to wait and head on early. They close at 8, so don’t go five or ten minutes before they close and keep them for another hour. That is just cruel.
