the only reason why this starbucks gets 2 stars from me is for having a lot of parking space and for it being a pretty spacious starbucks. HOWEVER, what I’ve noticed lately is the lack in service in terms of the employees messing around before they’ve even noticed you’re waiting in line. And it’s not just me, I’ve seen other people wait for an employee to notice they’re there. Possibly the most annoying part is when the employees’ friends come in and it seems like their time to hang out with there are people in line. Didn’t think things like that were able to slide. Kinda hesitant to go back to this buena park starbucks when there’s two more down the street.

Came in here and ordered $ 30 worth of food for the family. They refused to cut a breakfast sandwich in half. They handed me a plastic knife without a plate and told me to handle it myself. Requested to speak to the Mgr. He came out and was extremely condescending. He told me he was«willing to hear my side of the story». Wow– so generous. Then he continued to tell me they would not cut my sandwich for me or let me borrow their knife. I am a regular Starbucks customer and the one by my house has no problem cutting sandwiches in half. On top of all of this– they under heated two of our sandwiches and we spent a good portion of the afternoon in the bathroom.

As far as Starbucks locations go, this one is a pain… both getting in and out of the lot. But once you get into the lot, the store itself is rather roomy with nice, quick staff. They even got my drink order right both times I’ve been here and that is unusual, in my experience. Don’t know how often I’ll get here but it’s worth the trip!

This is the Starbucks my family and I go to during our Disney trips since we stay at Knotts resort. Always clean, good service, lots of parking and on a nice sunny day they have plenty of room to lounge outside.

Standard Starbucks — I’m not sure why the reviews say their customer service is lacking since they were very friendly to me! The only downside to this location is that since it’s so busy and definitely crowded– you may not be able to sit inside the café; you may have to sit outside even when it’s humid(like these past days). Oh! And avoid the egg salad sandwich — totally not worth it even if the presentation is great

I like this Starbucks because there’s lots of parking and there is extra space to move about. The service was great too! My drinks came out quickly and just right! I like that I can bring my dogs and hang out in their patio area. Outside there is lots of seating and a good amount of umbrellas for anyone looking for that shade.

Looks like they’ve added another barista to their shifts so that definitely helps move things along. Baristas here are probably the nicest ones!

Plenty of seating outdoors! Across the street from Medieval Times. Next to Bodies Museum! Large parking lot!

I was just told that the manager«is particular» about things when I tried to exchange my brand new cup for a mug. From the sounds of some of these reviews, it seems as if management needs to think about treating customers better. I walked out and will be going to other Starbucks from now on. One on La Palma offered to do it no problem and courteously.

Super slow service last two time I came I. It took almost 30 min that’s way to long for a coffee and a sandwich… and it’s not because it’s packed it’s because the staff moves with no urgency. After 4orders backed up the barista finally came out of the back with a slight attitude of «I’m to busy to make coffee she never smiled and she moved like a snail needless to say I’m disappointed with the so called«king» of service

This place was busy at the time we went after lunch on a Saturday. Most of the seating was taken. I saw one bartista and one person running the register. The guy running the register looked lost. My fiancé told me he looked stoned. LOL! After the a long wait, the barista finally got my coffee made. I ordered a Gingerbread Latte. It tasted good like I would expect. As for my fiancé’s chocolate milk, barista got it wrong. How could you mess up chocolate milk? My guess the guy running the register messed taking her order. As for the parking, there is plenty and they share with the museum right next to the place.

I might have hit this Starbucks at the wrong time because the line was super long and the service was super slow. The crew seemed disorganized and there was one person who was obviously new and didn’t really know how to enter orders into the register. There was one crew member who was EXCELLENT, she pretty much was holding it all together on her own. Her name was Amy. Hooray for Amy, if it weren’t for you, I’m not sure I would have ever received my hot chocolate! Again, I hit this Starbucks during a huge rush, so that likely affected the service. I think this is a really good location to meet someone for coffee though. Nice big parking lot, and plenty of seating indoors and out. Big plus. I’d try it again if I were in the area. Amy, keep up the great attitude! You’re terrific!

Said the Barista To the little Unilocaler Do you want some coffee? Brewed fresh into the night Do you want some coffee? Free refills my little Unilocaler Said the little Unilocaler to her friend do you see what I see? Lots of mugs, my Unilocaler friend Tumblers, mugs sitting on the shelf Waiting to be filled. Do you want some coffee? Located off Beach Blvd near the 91 freeway next to the old Wax museum in the tourist trap corner of Midevil Times, Pirates adventure, the Bodies in Motion. Standing in a Huge, I mean huge parking lot. But still I find it a pain in the you know what, to access this spot. Going North on Beach you have to make a U Turn to enter the lot. To exit its right turn only onto Beach Blvd. Service here can be hit or miss. Long lines due to the groups of bikers, book clubs, study groups that linger here. So expect a wait during busy hours. Besides that this is one of my favorite Starbucks to buy stuff! It always has a huge huge huge selection on merchandise from mugs to tumblers. Especially during the holidays. Although I do prefer locally owned coffee shops, I still have a gold card and appreciate my free refills on iced and hot coffee. For a large group this marks a great spot to enjoy coffee and conversation. Plenty of outdoor tables and chairs that can be brought together for your party. And dog friendly! !!! Review #487

Saturday November 15th we went to The Bodies Exhibit and this Starbucks was right next store. We got there a little before 6pm. At this time Starbucks had the promotion going on buy one get one free from 2 – 5 and extended until 6pm for rewards members. However we got there before 6 for our buy one get one free drink but the line was long and by the time we got up to the register it was 6:10. They said they couldn’t honor the deal because it was past 6. We paid for our drinks but I was still a little annoyed. The guy at the resister was new and didn’t really know even how to properly reload my friends Starbucks card so he really didn’t have a response to our compliant. However Casey the barista heard us and said it’s in the computer, which manually gives the discount so there was nothing they could do about it. I took a minute to talk to Natalie an assistant manager since the manger wasn’t there. Once I told her what happened she refunded the drink money. I was very happy with that and realize they might have just been understaffed, especially since the line was so long. This Starbucks got 3 stars thanks to Natalie for making sure we left happy.

One cashier and one barista + cold day = looong starbucks line, long starbucks wait. Waited for some friends outside of the titanic and bodies exhibit so decided to grab a «quick» drink. Line was 6 – 7 people deep, and with 1 barista, meant 20– minute wait for my iced pumpkin spice latte. I just saw the barista running everywhere and doing her best, but even then the orders just kept pilling on. Later she told me she was 8 months pregnant! She should not be going through that type of stressful job.

Stopped in before our return to the desert. They were SLAMMED and there were only two people working. The line was at least 10 deep and I thought the ordeal would require 30 minutes of my time. Surprisingly the Barista was keeping up so well that I waited about five minutes for two Caramel Macchiatos and two Strawberry Smoothies. A big thumbs up to her and I believe she was also the manager. When I asked where more help was she stated two more employees would arrive in an hour.
