Tony has been to my Irvine condo at least 3 times. There’s a reason why we call him back. He’s efficient, reliable and gets the job done. His pricing is very reasonable and he doesn’t rely on gimmicks or deals.
Sometimes our rooms aren’t completely vacant and Tony helps with the lift and shift as needed to make the space ready for cleaning. That’s service for you!
Under Tony’s expert care some of the most stubborn stains. The stair tread tape (may be not a great idea) sticky residue is still there after several applications of cleaner. It is less tacky to the touch and the dark dirt that built up has disappeared. Other 5-​star rated cleaners on here said it wasn’t possible to treat and to replace the carpet. Instead I’m putting down some clear plastic runners on the stairs to prevent the dirt build up. Any carpet that becomes loose from all the cleaning and suction can be re-​stretched to look like new.

We called these guys, that advertise on Penny Saver to clean carpets for ¹⁰⁄₁₅ $ per room. We got a quote on the phone. Before showing up, the driver called, asking for 5 times the price previously quoted. When we argued, he hung up! When I called back to complain, he threathened me to file for a restraining order!!! He did not show up!!! Our guest, for whom we had to clean the carpet becuase she’s allergic to dust, had to sleep on a dirty carpet because this «company»: canceled at the last minute on a Friday evening, did not honor their own quote, and threaten a customer!!! These guys should not be in business anymore.

I recently moved to the Inland Empire and found the ad for this carpet cleaning business in the pennysaver. I needed my sectional sofa cleaned and didn’t give much thought to who would do it. When I called the man I spoke with was very short with me and my questions and gave me that feeling like he was doing me a favor by taking my business. I had a bad feeling but out of laziness I didn’t call other places. I made an appointment for Monday between 6 and 6:30 explained I am a busy doctor who would be working at the hospital until 5. The man I spoke with said they would call an hour before to confirm the appointment, probably around 5pm. I got off at 4 and waited for the phone call. I heard nothing and when I called them at 5:30 the rude man said they called at 4 and I didn’t answer so they didn’t come by. He said they didn’t leave voicemails. I explained that this was not the times we discussed, but he was rude and dismissive. When I asked what kind of business he was running he told me to go elsewhere and hung up on me.
I guess that’s what I get for not trusting my initial feeling of this business.
