Good little place to stop for if your not looking for Burgers. Sandwich was a good size and tasted good. Not the best I’ve ever eaten but certainly not bad. Would be nice if they ditched the cheap shredded lettuce and used some nice spinach or romaine. Fries were good and crispy. Free Wi-Fi is a big plus as Sprint has no service down there.

Delicious and a fair value. The fried pickle chips are amazing and the stinger is delicious.

Oh my goodness the food here is incredible! The biggie is a bomb sandwich!!! Their bread is way tasty! I would recommend this place to anyone driving through!

Just in to Biggies over the weekend. I’d definitely go again. We got sick of waiting in the line at K’s burgers across the street so headed over to Biggie’s. The prices were ok, not a steal but not extraordinary. The subs were inventive, and the one I picked was the«Pork Stinger(?)», it had ham and buffalo chicken tenders on it. It was awesome! Loved the variety of side options too. We ended up having the fried pickles, onion rings, and sweet potato tots. The pickles were great. The tots and onion rings could have been cooked longer, as they were not crispy enough.

Unexpectedly delicious and pretty good prices. Don’t go here if you’re on a diet or trying to find a healthy option but it sure is delicious. I had the chicken tender sub with buffalo — the bread had a good consistency, the ranch dressing wasn’t too thick, and the chicken wasn’t too crispy. The fresh cut fries were great and the portion size was huge. A small is definitely enough for two people. The biggie sub is highly recommended by multiple patrons, even though I didn’t eat it myself. Go here!!!

It is what it is, an old school sandwich shop that serves you fast, good sandwiches. Ice burg lettuce, peperanchini and all. It is also the best fast option for lunch in Buena Vista, also the most affordable.

Discovered this place a couple months ago while driving through B.V., and it is now my new stop every time I’m in town. Loved my turkey club sandwich… unique flavor, and toasted bread… I’ll be back for sure. Spent some time talking with the owner… really nice lady.

I came in at 11:15 and placed a to go order. I needed to get back to work. I was the only person there, but instead of working my order, the two people working seemed more interested in talking to each other than getting my sandwich and French fries done. The fries were good, but they got my sandwich wrong. I won’t be back.

Delicious(albeit unhealthy) sandwiches! They have a hot veggie sandwich that is reminiscent of a philly cheesesteak, but with mushrooms. The cook seemed a little overwhelmed by the dinner rush, but he got the food out quickly.

Really good subs. The fries are great and the service friendly. This is our second time eating here this week! The sandwiches definitely taste fresh and the flavors meld well.

This is the best place in B.V. To get a Sub. The food is good, the people that run it are nice and the animals are friendly! ;)

Went twice during a recent trip to buena vista. Steak sandwiches were excellent, as were the fries. Skip the gyro. Service was friendly and efficient.

Yesterday was our 3rd time to Biggies. Over the last few years it has been a great mid-way stop after a long motorcycle ride or a hard hike. They haven’t cared when we’ve ridden up in smelly biker leathers, or when we’ve trudged in dusty and sweaty and exausted, and they’ve always been friendly. You order at the counter and they’ll bring your food out to you on a plastic tray and paper plates. The place is a small aging building with a very basic, no frills interior complete with two mounted elk heads, a lynx(or maybe a bobcat, but I didn’t look that closely) along with an old wooden screen door, one bathroom. Outdoor seating consists of two picnic tables right outside the front door. I like their wraps and hoagies — nothing special but hearty. The fries are fresh, though somewhat greasy(but by the time I get there I’ve usually burned several hundred calories so I relish it), and one order of these, even as part of a combo, is enough for two to share. Inexpensive. I rated it for what it is and no more, and based on how it has satisfied us.

Was in here 05−19−12, the place was busy with people outside waiting for food. I went in and ordered a grilled chicken sub and proceeded to wait 15 minutes for one sub. When the food arrived it was bland tasting with chicken, mayo, iceberg lettuce, and sliced tomatoes in the sandwich. For an $ 11 sandwich I thought surely it wold be flavorful and worth the price. Not so much, no flavor, but the ingredients were at least in pretty good shape. There are probably better sandwiches on the menu but for the price it was not worth it, City-Market down the street has better subs for less money.
