Amazing! I got the buffalo ranch chicken dip with waffle friends instead of chips and it was delicious! I’ve also had their homemade chicken strips with bacon & cheese covered waffle fries– also delicious

I love quality independent sandwich shops. I was blown away with my gobbler sandwich with my first time in yesterday. Loved the warm fresh homemade potato chips! The heaters outside were actually very comfortable on a cold day. I’ll stop by here every single time when passing through to Lynchburg in the future.

A wonderful eating experience! This hidden gem is in Buena Vista, VA and a great stop on I-​81. These husband and wife creations that will have you coming back for more. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken wrap and home made potato chips. The wrap was HUGE and, more importantly delicious and affordable. The chips were crisp and light and easy on the digestion. Don’t pass it by, make a date to eat a the Foot of the Mountain Café!

I ordered the chicken strips half menu. They were delicious, lightly coated, tender and a great price. My wife ordered a salad and was quite pleased. My son and his wife frequent this place often and say the food is always good.

Buena Vista, VA
The food here was incredible. I ordered a ham melt, sounds kinda boring until you add the depths of flavor from the sauce, pickles and tomato on a bagel. The chips are homemade and are thick enough for a great crunch. As for the atmosphere, it is outdoor downtown dining with a tree-​lined street and mountain views.
