I ordered a backpack for $ 135. They didn’t send the right color. Moreover, at the time of ordering, the promo was to get a 10% gift card by email which never came. Called the customer service and send them mails multiple times. Their rep finally gave me $ 10 discount code instead of 10%! And they charge shipping on returns. Bad service overall. Not going to shop again.

Atrocious service. I ordered a jacket from this company back in December(about a month ago now), and it was lost in the mail. Fine. Not the company’s fault. While the jacket was in USPS purgatory, the price actually went down, so I not only didn’t have the jacket, this company had more of my money than what it was worth. I sent a few emails and left about 3 messages, and finally spoke with a customer service representative(Jayne) about resolving the issue. She was very condescending towards me. She was trying to spin some yarn about how with the shipping option I chose, the coat would’ve taken weeks to arrive anyway. She finally offered to refund me the price difference plus $ 10. Um, OK. I still don’t have a jacket, so what good is that going to do me? I said I would wait and see if I got the jacket and let her know, and then we could decide if I got a partial refund or a full refund. I finally got it, so now I’ve been emailing back-and-forth with Customer Service reps, including Jayne directly, who normally don’t respond. At some point last week I was told I would have my refund by the end of the week. I did not. I told the last rep(Crystal) that I was going to have to file a dispute with PayPal if they didn’t take care of it. She finally emailed me back and said«OK. I talked to my manager. File a dispute with PayPal.» What? So apparently, if they decide to respond at all, they don’t want to take care of any of their customers problems. I have literally spent hours going back-and-forth with this company to no avail. I would never buy from this company again. Atrocious service.

Quick service but they make you pay for the shipment back. At first it doesn’t seem too unfair but for a $ 54 pair of shorts, and $ 18 shipment charge just somehow doesn’t seem right
