Do not trust anything the office says. I rented for them for one year and when I signed the lease, I moved in on July 1st and it was planned to move out June 28th. But when we signed the lease Beth told us that we were lucky and would get an extra week to move out because of the holiday. But what they did not tell us is that they would charge us 5 days of prorated rent and the only place they put this down was buried in their lease. So my advice, is never trust anything they say and do not do business with them, they will find a way to rip you off.

Wonderful customer service — the rental office agreed to put our brochures in the gym room and also share with new residents! Thank you Wheatlands!

The Wheatlands is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! Me and my husband lived there for a year and the only reason we left was because we bought a house. Sometimes I wish we were back there simply for the carefree and worry free environment, there’s quite a bit of hard work that goes into owning:) The Wheatlands staff was soo friendly, helpful, and attentive to our above and beyond our needs as residents! Also, they have such great amenities, it was almost resort like living! I highly recommend checking out this place!
