I have had only the best experiences with this practice as well as the support staff and doctor that I see. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the doctor I see is always professional and compassionate. I have been coming to this practice for 3 years and will continue with out question.

Well let me start by saying the doctors are all very good. However the supporting staff is terrible. They are unorganized and often rude. God forbid you need a pre-​authorization call. They don’t do that. Instead they just tell you that your aren’t applicable and find some lazy way about doing their business. I would leave this practice if we weren’t already pot committed.

I’ve seen one doctor here and she was very pleasant. She answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed at all.
The reason why I am giving this place a 2 stars is for 1) The lack of good customer service skills and 2) The difficulty of getting a prescription that was promised to me during my visit.
As a previous reviewer noted, the office will not call you to go over your test results. I find this quite impersonal and it feels like they don’t really value you as a patient. In addition, it is SO difficult to communicate with your physician! You have to relay messages through nurses, which I understand is common practice nowadays. However, if I want to speak to my doctor, I should be able to set up a time to speak to my doctor. Finally, if I am promised a prescription in the future, I expect for that request to be carried through
Overall, I am less than pleased with their patient services and will not be coming back. Call me old school, but I would like to have a more personal experience with my physician that is not so CORPORATE-​LIKE.

They’d have 5 stars if I didn’t feel so ‘judged’ every time I was here (which has been twice).
Aesthetically, the place is really nice. It’s a beautiful, newer, building which is very well maintained. The waiting room is large and immaculate. Once you get called in, the back is also immaculate, and the exam rooms are equally as nice.
I’ve come here once a year (gee, wonder what for?), and both times have seen the same doctor. Now while she seems very intelligent, she also comes across as a bit judgmental. It’s just in the tone, almost condescending.
I come to this place because I moved, and wasn’t willing to drive to my old OB/​GYN group, which is like 35 minutes away. This place is like 3 minutes from my house, door to door.
I think the way to resolve my issue, is to see a different doctor next time I come. Because here’s the deal: I’m a grown, educated woman. I know what I’m doing. I don’t need to be lectured, or condescended. Especially when you’re making big bucks off me. But the thing is, she seems to know what she’s doing — LOL — so THAT part kinda puts me at ease.
Overall. I would still recommend you go to this place. Just maybe don’t see the doctor I did. You can private message me, and I’ll give her name. I don’t want to publicly bash her.
