What a great place! I took my son in for an ear infection because our regular office was fully booked. The waiting room is beautiful with two large screen tvs (one playing the Disney Channel, one with HGTV), comfy seating, a refrigerator with bottled water, a Keurig machine, and a nice little play area.
The front desk nurse was very kind as she checked us in.
We were taken back to a kids room within 5 minutes. The room was spacious, with very high ceilings. The walls were painted with a jungle mural. There was a small TV in the corner that they turned on once they checked his vitals. There was a nice bed on one wall, and a comfy lounge chair we relaxed in while waiting. The nurse was kind, patient with my boy (who is afraid of nurses, particularly when they want his blood pressure!), and made him feel safe and calm.
A PA came in next and diagnosed him relatively quickly. She spent plenty of time with us, making sure we were comfortable with everything and understanding her information. Another nurse came in last with a script for antibiotics and a lollipop for my guy. The whole experience was wonderful. Should we ever require urgent care in the future I would absolutely return. The only problem was the cost. It was much more costly than if I had been able to take him to his regular pediatrician.

We were visiting Buffalo, NY on vacation from Memphis and were recommended to this business through a local pediatrics emergency answering service on a Sunday morning. From the first call we were very impressed with the professionalism of this office. When we arrived we were greeted right away with no waiting. The waiting room was amazing with large screen TVs for adults and kids in separate but close areas. They even had a Keurig coffee and hot chocolate machine which we barely had time for because we were taken back to our room almost immediately. The doctor and nurses were very nice, professional and spent plenty of time listening to and discussing our problem. I would highly recommend this office.
