I was also EXTREMELY disappointed by the lack of customer service then to top it off I get blindsided by a UPS Freight bill after the fact — They delivered ½ truckload of lumber $ 6K and it took me about an hour to manually unload. UPS must have billed back some wait time so Advantage lumber sent me the bill! Those idiots chose to ship that much lumber via UPS rather than common carrier(who would have delivered the load to a residence on a flatbed truck with an onboard forklift). The extra freight bill it their problem! I would not order from these bozos again.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed by the inferior service received by Advantage. Between two orders, we had over $ 13k of wood delivered, and although the deck is absolutely beautiful, about 20% of the boards were damaged during transit(and cans of the coating received EMPTY) and it took over 6 weeks to get the order corrected and reshipped. In the meantime, I had a ripped up backyard as we awaited the delivery of the replacement wood. No phone calls back, no emails returned, I had to harass them on a daily basis to get the order completed. Bummer because the wood is so amazing.
