I adopted a great dog from this humane society but the process was a little ridiculous. It took me over an hour and three people to go through the documentation and address for the dog. The supervisor did not even know how to enter an address in correctly. She blamed it on the web system, but after calling them and receiving supposedly «no help» she continued to attempt to put in the *wrong* address, despite me telling her it was wrong. They gave me the wrong amount of medication for kennel cough and could not advise me on the amount of dog food to feed her. Seriously?
