I love having another option for a treat in Buffalo. I grew up on DQ, but I am starting to visit you guys more and more. I love the fact that I am getting about half the calories. I don’t fee guilty after eating frozen yogurt, unlike my 500 calories Blizzard. Thanks for coming to Buffalo. We love having you! Only one thing — can you bring Cloud Cake back? LOL Also, never get rid of your Bobas. I LOVE them. Can I say love one more time? :) I am so sorry to see some of the reviews here. I don’t think the prices are bad at all, but that is because I don’t overfill my cup, or use heavy candy bars. You guys are very up front about your prices, so don’t let it get you down. I tell anyone who will listen about my Cloud Cake/Hot Fudge/Boba combo. :) It’s the best!!!

My daughter loves this place, but it’s just so expensive for a cup of frozen treat. It’s only for special occasions. I only like their birthday cake flavor, and only in small quantities. Lots of options to choose from, and they change them up once in a while.

As another reviewer here already stated, I have been to a couple yogurt shops before and this was for some reason much more expensive. Three half filled cups, $ 20. Wow. That wouldn’t necessarily even be the worst of it. This was my first visit to a CherryBerry, there are six machines with a total of 12 potential flavors. We arrived midday on a Sunday, you’d think they would be about as ready as ever. Nope, two of the machines are turned backwards, so I ask about them. The girl tells me those flavors are out. So I look at the other machines, another of them is also completely out of BOTH flavors even though facing the right way. And yet another machine, one of the two flavors is out. So out of 12 flavors, they were out of seven of them. SEVEN!!! More than half of the available flavors, not available. Not the best first impression.

Ugh. Where do I start. Look I run a business, I hate people who leave negative reviews all over the Internet but If I could give this place negative stars I would. First of all, their prices are outrageous. I’ve been to dozen of frozen yogurt bars all over America and I’ve never paid $ 20 for 3 yogurt cups. That’s over $ 6 a yogurt!!! And these were not super full either, two were half full with almost no toppings. And on top of that, the girl at the counter was extremely rude. She was stone face and never even smiled, she looked bored. And when I asked for a couple a sample cups to figure out which flavor I wanted she said«no.» No explanation, nothing. I said«I’m sorry, what? No?» And she said«you get one.» No apologies, nothing, as if I had done something wrong. I’m sorry but when I’m a paying customer, especially when I going to pay over $ 6 for a yogurt I would like to know what flavor I want so I don’t get stuck with something I don’t like. I do NOT walk into a yogurt place to be treated like I’ve done something wrong for asking for a couple of sample cups. I had to bite my tongue not to tear into her on basic customer service, for gods sakes basic human courtesy. If they have some«one cup» policy that’s fine but at least be polite about it. And in that note, it’s not fine, it’s BS and it’s also a healthy code violation. As someone who works with food, has a food license, and understands food borne illness and health codes, I can say first hand from having a health inspector in my face that it is illegal to force your customers to reuse the same sample cup for multiple items. It’s a major code violation. If you offer samples, you offer a new cup for each one. But you DONOT offer just one, it’s encouraging cross contamination. No. Just no. I will never go back to this place again and I will gladly tell everyone I know not to go there either. I my even call the health department. I was furious, is been 24 hours, I’m just disgusted. Just because you’re in a small town does not mean it’s okay to offer half ass service. Unbelievable.
