Collision Masters

I was in a minor car accident about a month ago. I had to come here for my insurance estimate from Allstate. The employees there convinced me to get my repairs there and they even arranged a rental car for me at the Enterprise down the street. I thought that was great! They told me my car would be about a week to fix. Nope! It took them 3 and a half weeks!!! After about a week and a half I would call every day to see when it would be ready and every day they would say «yep, it’ll be ready tomorrow! It’s getting painted today!» It wasn’t until 2 weeks later that it was ACTUALLY ready. When I got the car back, it was absolutely filthy on the inside. There were oil stains on my carpeting, there was trash thrown around, and when I went to open my back door the handle came off! They actually left my car worse than it was before my accident. Do yourself a favor and NEVER bring your car here. Mine has never been the same. If I could give a negative rating I would.

I have been to this place a total of 3 times over the course of 4 years.
The first time my car was fixed and I left without issue and was a good experience.
The second time I was there for a minor rear bumper repair. After 2 days, they stated it was ready. Upon inspection, the damage in the bumper was still visible, worse, there was left over paint on the rear part of the car. Very poor quality of work. After leaving the car there AGAIN and getting a other rental (which they paid for) the issue was fixed and it looked amazing. This should have been done the first time.
The third and most recent, I had my front bumper and under shield replaced. After getting home, I found that there were 2 plastic screws missing on this right side of the car which connected the bumper to the guard. Again, if I didn’t look at this, It might have caused an issue down the road. I had to come in again and they fixed it briefly. They also reset a check engine light which I was very grateful for.
People here are friendly and straightforward but i don’t feel like I should have to fully inspect my car throughly after work is competed. It erodes the trust I have in their brand and the quality of their work. Just a minor inspection would have prevented these issues.

I love everyone here, they were pleasant with a sense of humor. My car was given back in like-​new condition. I love that they clean your car too ;)

Went here for a free estimate today. I arrived at 8am and was promptly helped. Turns out there was no damage aside from a screw popping out of my bumper, and they put it back in for me, free of charge. They were both friendly and very helpful, and I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks guys!

Very happy with the service and work done here. An accident is a stressful time and the staff did everything to help along the way. They kept in contact with me, made sure I had a loaner vehicle, and the auto body specialists did a good job.
When a part was not up to their specifications, they worked to get a brand new one, since the insurance company covers refurbished or recycled parts unless the situation merits a new part. I didn’t have to even look at the part, they did all the leg work to take care of it.

If you are in a collision and need body work, this is the place to go. They worked with my insurance company and it was a seamless process, thanks to Ryan Zenicki and everyone who works at Schmidt’s.
