Not friendly. And if you go to get an old photo restored, be warned that you will pay well over $ 100 for it. Best part — they restore it, but the price doesn’t come with an actual restored copy [print or digital]. I’m not kidding. Miserable woman said, «we restored it. it’s in our portfolio. if you want a print you have to buy it» HAHAHA. Can u imagine paying someone to restore a piece of furniture and them saying, «yes, we restored it. It’s now ours and if you want it you have to buy it». Getting to where I’ve heard it all…

After my friend lent me his camera and four rolls of Kodak Tri-X 400 film, I had no idea where to get it developed — can a person really trust Walgreens with that sort of thing? So I went to this place. The lady working there was very nice and helpful, especially considering that I knew pretty much nothing about what I wanted. One thing, when I asked for a price quote, they just listed the pricing for each item instead of telling me an amount. Requiring a person to do math… unforgivable! They got it back to me in four days, and no nightmarish scenarios resulting in the ruin of my film occured. Yay! The problem that did occur was that I had asked for a cd with digital prints, and a big chunk of those photos had been«shifted,» so that the edge of one had been put into the file of the next, which in turn was cut off… Not a big deal, since they’d probably re-do it for free if I asked, but I’m too people-phobic to go back and ask, and it does indicate that they didn’t check the final product. So over all, +3 stars for friendly service and a good treatment of my precious film. –2 for messing up the digital images, not checking the final product, and requiring math.
