I stopped in spur of the moment while on my lunch break! I’ve passed this place everyday but never ventured in… Usually because they close a bit early. I’m excited to try a full size pizza because the slice of cheese and pepperoni I had was good! Average/thin crust, well done(which I prefer for pizza), and very saucey. I was a rich, meaty tasting sauce which I like! The guys working were very nice which was a plus! I’ll update once I get more items from here to write about!

The service at Dough Bois was friendly. I stopped in after visiting the gym next door around 4:30p on a Monday. The place itself is small but has indoor seating. Slightly poor décor, but the pizza man cartoon pictures are cute. The dough man brought our food and a napkin container to the table. This type of service might not be typical if they were busier because there was one guy taking orders, making the food, and answering the phones. I think the food came out a little more slowly than expected because of this? The dough man asked if it was okay to bring out one plate before the other was ready, which was fine. I ate the pepper steak sub which was tasty, but for around $ 8ish did not come with fries or chips. The dough man added some banana peppers to my sub. Mmmm My compadre had more food offering with the turkey wrap for about the same price with a side(he chose mac salad) and slices of fruit. We both enjoyed our food and agreed we would go back. I’m actually surprised since they are so small that they have a wide range of food available from salads to tacos and fajitas, aside from just pizza and subs. Hopefully it isn’t a case of spreading themselves too thin. They also apparently have breakfast? Interesting… I would like to try their pizza sometime in the future.

Tiny hole in the wall place. Standard greasy pizza. Surly waitstaff. I’ll go somewhere else, thanks.

I came here during my lunch break the other day. the line was about 5 deep but moved relatively quickly. After waiting in line and placing my order, I was alerted that if i wasnt taking it to go i’d have to sit and place my order with a waiter/waitress. I ordered a steak florentine sub and fries. I was pretty hungry and in a hurry so the waitress was nice enough to bring my fries first. I was expecting a small serving but was pleasantly surprised by the large portion, freshness, and crispiness of them. As simple as it might seem, I am always amazed by how many restaurants manage to serve terrible french(freedom) fries. I made the mistake of devouring all of the fries, not being nearly as hungry anymore, finishing my 8 inch sub became a struggle. While there was a generous amount of cut up steak, it lacked flavor. Some kind of sauce would definitely have improved the main portion of the meal. –the prices, service, and fries were definitely the highlight. –Fries needed to be seasoned(salt and peppa baby) as well as the steak sub. A strong 3 stars in my book.

Review drafted on 2÷23÷10: Stopped in at Dough Bois at around 5:30 to see what all the(non-existent) hype was about. Looked nearly abandoned from the outside, but I tried the door, and it swung freely, admitting me inside. I walk in and ask the guy if he’s open. He looks up, grudgingly, and says«Yeah,» in a voice that dares me to question him further. I look at the slices on offer… There’s only one pie, and it’s got some weird meat topping I’ve never seen before(though I don’t eat meat, so what the hell do I know anyway, right?). I’ll describe it for you. It is a bizarre cup-like shape. Seriously, it’s like someone took a chunk about the size of a nickel and curled up all the ends. WTF? It looks fresh enough(except for the weird discs). But where are any other pies? «Uh, could I get a cheese slice?» I venture to ask. «No. We’re out.» Pause. OK. I wait for him to offer me anything else. He doesn’t. I look around. I look back at him. He still fixes me with an odd mix of glare and bemusement. Eventually I break it off, cowed by this utter lack of social normality. «Um, all right, thanks anyway.» I flee for the warmth of the blizzard outside. –K

This is a small place that looks like a hole-in-the-wall pizza joint, but serves wings, subs, pasta, as well as pizza. Apparently the people also own the bar next door, and were very friendly. They have a small dining area(about 8 or so tables — the largest table fits 4) but waiter service for that area. The place is relatively cheap and seems to be really popular with the business people in the area. The fries are plain but not greasy, which was nice, and the chicken parm sub was ok although it felt a bit doughy/heavy by the end. Apparently they also do delivery, so all-in-all, a good place to grab a quick lunch.
