Receptionist doesn’t like it if you bother her while she is watching videos. Twice I was called on the day of my appointment to reschedule. One of those calls came less than 2 hours before my appointment. Also likes to make you wait in the waiting room or examination room. Plan on an hour combined between the 2 rooms. Dr Simmons himself was great, his office staff not so much.
