Cute and unique gift ideas. Nice atmosphere with soothing music. What’s been a regular turnoff though, is walking in and listening to the sales people go on and on talking to each other or to their friends, but never offering to help. I feel uncomfortable interrupting their conversation and usually end up walking out without buying anything. If they would just stop and ask, I’m sure they could help me find the right gift I am looking for. For local shops like this, customer service should be a top priority, but it isn’t here.

The reasons this gets 4 instead of 5 is partly because of slightly higher prices (but still within reason) and selection (it was good, I like more). Everything else was amazing.
They have items from local artists and some just hard to find — I was impressed with what they had, the staff and parking was also very nice. One reason I stay away from some of these areas in Buffalo is because of a lack of parking — this place doesn’t have that issue!
I would strongly suggest a trip to this place if you are looking for that special gift for that hard to please person — they also have a great unusual selection of cards.

The place to go when you’re on your way somewhere and need an interesting gift. Lots of fun and creative items for the home; great trendy jewelry; small but cool selection of clothes — and they do the best gift-​wrapping to be found. Your gift is guaranteed to be high– impact because they have the funkiest wrapping!

Everything Elmwood is the place to go to get great gifts for the hard to shop for person on your list. They have such unique gift ideas for kids and adults and many of their items are from local artists. Above and beyond that, they offer free gift wrapping and do an outstanding job. It is the place to go if you are on your way to a party and need a gift last minute, or the place you can get most of your holiday shopping done.
The prices are a little more on the expensive side which may not be feasible for some people (and the only reason they have 4 stars instead of 5).
They offer a lot of Buffalo-​esque items and a bunch of pieces are made by local artists.
Next time you are looking for something unique, stop into Everything Elmwood!
