The collection is fabulous! 3 stars for that. I’m giving an extra 2 stars for the friendly staff here. I’m new to the US and I went out to explore the mall for the first time day before yesterday. The staff was nice and made me feel very comfortable. They are very cheerful and genuinely want to help! I ended up spending a lot at this store! Keep it up guys!

Love this store! Not only are the prices cheap, but the quality doesn’t suck, which is crazy. Leggings for $ 3.80. (I bought 4 pairs). Tights for $ 5.50 and tights usually rip SO EASILY so I stocked up on these bad boys, too. So far so good.
The store is overwhelmingly large so if you don’t have patience or just don’t like sorting through a zillion things… don’t come here. But if you find something you like, stock up!!! That’s what I do. They have great crop tops.
The workers are very friendly and their manager is always helpful, Cassie. She makes sure all the employees are doing what they are supposed to be. It is nice to see a manager on the floor and not behind closed doors.
I love shopping here and will definitely continue to when I have the time!

Trendy store, I love the accessories here. Staff never seem quite helpful as other stores but the men’s section isn’t that big to get list in. I prefer to shop on their website however I do find done good items in the store on occasion. Prices are fair and you can definitely find deals. A wonderful place to get items for your kids or loved one in their 20’s.

Rarely and I mean rarely do I find myself rating a clothing store, especially one that is located within a major shopping mall, however after my last experience here I felt a compelling urge to get my thoughts down because keeping them in my head was driving me crazy. This store needs help. While I run the risk of sounding, for lack of a better word, stupid, do clothing stores receive visits from the board of health? I understand they don’t serve food, but there are plenty of ways this store is unsanitary and measures need to be taken to fix this.
The clothes smell, they smell bad. Use your imagination, but I wouldn’t want to take them home to my apartment and hang them in my closet without dropping them off at a dry cleaners first. It is really difficult to find help in this store. Many of their clothes are hung far out of reach and I am a tall chick so I can imagine most people have difficulty grabbing the size they need. If you aren’t going to have workers walking around this massive two story shop, then at least have those long poles around so we can assist ourselves. There are few things that annoy me more than having an arm full of clothes and having to walk around the store for ten minutes trying to find help.
To be fair, this store has a TON of clothes. As I waltz around I constantly think I am too old to be shopping here but they do have some very neutral items that are fine for every day wear except the quality is lacking tremendously. I find that when I purchase clothes here, they look great the first day I wear them and then after they go through the wash they are too short, sleeves shrink or the material changes. The clothes are cheap, which is why the prices are too.
Next we have the dressing room situation, and this is what set me over the edge and was the catalyst for me writing this review. They were absolutely disgusting. I was mortified. There were no workers monitoring how many items of clothing were being brought into the rooms, which means the rooms were packed with clothes from previous shoppers. The rooms smelled horribly. I feel awkward even writing this but there was snot smeared on the mirrors in one dressing room so I moved to another one. The next dressing room I went into had blood on the walls. I was so grossed out that I ended up not trying anything on. A huge part of me thought about walking out of the store without purchasing anything. When I did make it to the check out line, there were about eight people on the line and one cashier. It was a nightmare. Management NEEDS to step up and make some serious changes. I don’t even want to think about how much bacteria is in those dressing rooms. Seriously.

Shoot me if you must, but I adore this store.
Don’t get me wrong. I love me some local, handmade, vintage, and upcycled. I will always, always get my kicks at Second Chic or even Amvets before I even think about hitting the mall.
But sometimes, a girl has gotta get her computer fixed at the Apple Store like a responsible adult. And sometimes, after responsible adult time is over, a girl may find herself just steps away from rainbow colors and pretty dresses and feathers and flowers, and need to sidle on over there to take a peek. And sometimes a girl may go home with a whole new drawer of summer basics and ruffly things, without blowing her carefully calibrated responsible adult budget. Sometimes, a quick F21 trip is just what a girl needs to add a little swagger to her step (especially with some well-​timed Lady Gaga blasting on the speakers).
A girl can dream of having unlimited funds one day for more morally superior purchasing. But until then, I’m pretty darn glad we’ve got this outpost of fast fashion in our midst.
