After speaking to Latina, the Manager of Fricassi, she told me to come back when she or Chelsea were available.
I went back and Chelsea is both beautiful and wonderful. She took off the original lashes and applied the new lashes. Medium length and no charge for the same type. A little extra if I chose the next grade up.
Thank you to Chelsea for her courtesy and time.
Now, I’ll be back!
