I know what I like and haven’t worn glasses for too long. I am never 100% sure if I pick the right glasses out for myself.
Helene is amazing at picking out what suits you! She will not let you leave without the perfect frames. It is her expertise. Her optician did a great exam and I really liked her staff. They were all friendly & professional. HIGH QUALITY service & eyewear. She also has a really clever line of frames with interchangeable fronts! So glad I found Frame Up! There is no other place anywhere in WNY for glasses like the ones at Frame Up. You will not find the styles, brands or quality unless you travel to NYC or LA. Most places you wander around trying on pair after pair until you can figure out what you look good in. The owner, Helene, is magical! Her art is knowing what frames will fit your features. She takes one person at a time and shows you her choices of frames. Guaranteed you leave purchasing the first or second pair she picks for you. She just knows! It’s incredible to watch. High quality is all she carries and if there is ever an issue she’ll make sure you’re very well taken care of.

Helene is a genius and no one can match your face to the right pair of quality glasses like her. She only carries the best and they are not cheap, but they will last forever and not break like cheap glasses. She is the absolute best in Buffalo and you will be glad you went with her and bought a really good pair of glasses that accentuate your appearance.

I discovered Helene at the Frame Up when I was living in Buffalo 9 years ago and since moving to San Francisco, I still always get my frames through her. She has a nearly mystical ability to extremely quickly assess the most flattering and unusual frames for you. She seems psychic to me as she somehow understands your style preferences without you saying a word. The selection is superb and of all the glasses shopping I have done in NYC, LA, SF, and Rome, still frames from Helene at the Frame Up are hands down the best. I encourage my friends to go in there whenever they pass through Buffalo. Truly, a special trip from NYC would not be excessive. These are your glasses that you wear every day and they say more about you than your clothes, your bag, or your car. It is so abundantly worth it to get your frames from a place with an artist like Helene. I can not recommend the Frame Up highly enough.
