READTOTHEEND: We recently booked a 1hr 20 min ride from Buffalo to Chautauqua. We were not told where to meet the driver and wandered around 15 min until we found other lost souls near baggage. Once on our way, I found that my seatbelt didn’t work. The driver told me that we would have to wait until we could pull over after the toll booth – about 10 minutes. She could not fix the belt and commented that these vans are old but we’re getting new ones. I had to sit in the middle seat between two other passengers while the row in front had one person. Fine, but what if the van had been full? In addition, the AC turned off and the heat came on continuously. The driver fiddled with it the whole trip. Dangerous. NOWFORTHEBESTPART. OURDRIVERFELLASLEEP. Approximately 15 minutes into the return trip, I saw the driver’s head flop down and his chin hit his chest. I screamed(and scared the other passengers to death), but he woke up. When I said«you fell asleep», he denied it. My husband, who is a good talker, moved to the seat behind Sleepy, and talked to him for a solid hour. Another passenger offered him apple slices which he gladly accepted… it helps to eat to stay awake. When I called Giorgio’s to report the experiences, I asked for the owner or manager. Very rudely, I was told that he(whoever he was) could answer any questions because this is a family owned business… but he would not say if he was a member of the family. He excused the van issues by saying the problems were reported and assured me that his mechanic is on duty 24⁄7. As for Sleepy, he said, «Anyone could fall asleep on that(boring) highway, but we will see that he gets a physical.» Seven people could have been killed – before he got the physical. He chided me for not calling him. He said he would have called the driver to pull over and they would have sent another driver. Did he not realize that all of the passengers had planes or trains to catch? Many excuses. No apologies. No offer of reimbursement. No concern that we will never use Giorgio’s again. I urge you to do the same. He may have been Sleepy but we’re not Dopey…

You guys will want to avoid this company. I arranged a ride for my girlfriend to be picked up at 4:30 am for an early flight. The driver never showed up, my girlfriend waited in the cold for 45 minutes, missed her flight, and the company never called. That afternoon I called Giorgio’s and they finally confessed that the car broke down. They made no attempts to contact me using a contact number that they definitely had on file. Remarkably, they claimed they didn’t have a contact number. They claimed they will send drivers out in the middle of the night without payment nor a contact number. I thought I was very reasonable in asking them to split the taxi and changed flight fee. They declined entirely.

Only giving them one star because that’s the lowest. They completely forgot to pick us up this morning. we need to get to the airport for flight that we cant miss as its our wedding! Spoke with a gentleman at 12:30 pm on Sat Sept 13 to set up pick-up. He took all my credit card info and billed me. Now we are stuck here trying to get to airport on time to make flight!!! Horrible company! Horrible service. Didn’t even offer a solution… I would not recommend!!! I will let every media outlet know of how bad they are!

I traveled to Buffalo for business and although the car was both prescheduled and prepaid, they were over an hour late to the airport. Our first 2 attempts to call just went into voicemail. On our third attempt, we were told that they would find out the status of our car and call us back. After waiting a half hour for the call back, we called again and were again told that they would find out the status of the car and call us back. This time, they did call us back and told us that it would be five minutes and that everyone’s schedules were messed up because they had an employee rushed to the hospital. Five minutes have come and gone. We’re still here.

This limo company is the WORST limo company. On our wedding day the limo bus died leaving the ceremony, on our way to take pictures. We were left on the side of the road for our friends to come pick us up in 90 degree heat. They only wanted to reimburse us for the time that the bus was broken down and not for the hour and a half that we missed of our reception! Not to mention, the customer service was horrendous! The lady tried to tell me that she missed cocktail hour at her reception too and we should just get over it!
