Finally had a chance to check out Glow this past First Friday. They seemed to have one of the most fun parties on the block… live music, fantastic art and a cozy space to walk around. Owned by the same people responsible for 464, it’s definitely worthwhile to check out and stop in if you’re passing through Allentown. You’ll find some of the art for sale well. No parking lot as it’s Allentown, so you’ll have to find somewhere on the street to park.

This gallery, located in the heart of Allentown, is the little sister of 464 Gallery on Amherst Street – one of my favorites in the city. While Glow is short on space, it’s long on charm and features work by lots of great Buffalo artists. Glow Gallery is proudly gay-​owned and features at least four LGBT artists annually. It also shares a space with the «In The Loop», Buffalo’s LGBT community magazine.
