I have been ordering shirts and jackets from Imperial Textile for about 7 years with great turn around time and quality looking uniforms but this past march they did some new shirts for us for the Buffalo Home and Garden show. We got many compliments on how sharp we looked compared to all the other venders. Who were just wearing Tee shirts and or polo shirts. We defiantly stood out with our white dress shirts with all your embroidery work displaying our suppliers names and our product line. Thanks again Rick.

I ordered six jackets from this company on November 26th for a Film shoot on December 10th. I needed the product by the 5th(10 days after ordering) to send to the costume department for tailoring. I called to make assurances that I would receive the product then, which I was given.(It takes less than a week to ship something to Los Angeles from he east coast). December 5th comes and NOPRODUCT. I was then sent an email that the JUSTSHIPPEDONTHE5th! What the hell were they doing for 10 days? Now, on the 9th, I hVe to go BUY jackets when I already BOUGHT jackets, and the company’s response was not to offer me a discount or try to make it right, only that I can return the jackets… you know… if I ever get them. Buyer beware… this place SUCKS and has really put me I a difficult position because of their incompetence.

I had decided to give up paper napkins for good. I have a decent supply of cloth however not enough to work with my current family number of five, sometimes six. My husband is of German descent and is comfortable using a community towel to wipe up post dinner(??? YUCK!). Oddly enough all of my German exchange students felt the same way. I was raised in a lesser home where a bit more caution was assigned to «community» rags/napkins, whatever. My decision led me to search the internet to companies that would be selling cloth dining cloths at a reasonable price. I found«Linensforless» which actually turned out to be Imperial Textile, for this area anyway. I ordered 42 poly/cotton blend — easiest to maintain — napkins at a price of $.69 per. Two days ago. Napkins are here. Business is local and I am more than pleased! No more crappy onionskin paper napkins. Sturdy cloth which gets included into my daily wash cycle. Happy, yes. Working to save the environment… I’m hoping but not there yet. Little steps.
