Do not hire this company.
This company put flyers at the doors of our Kenmore neighborhood. I called to get an estimate to repair some siding on the garage. We agreed on the price and scheduled a time for the following week. 45 minutes after the time we scheduled they still didn’t show up. I called to get an update on arrival time but no answer. A few hours later I called again. He answered the phone and said he got delayed on a roofing job. I asked why he didn’t call to reschedule. (I would have been fine with that). He just said, «yeah, I thought to myself, I need to call you.» But he didn’t. He did the same thing to a neighbor down the street. Just didn’t show up after she took half a day off work. How hard is it to communicate. 5^th generation… so what. There’s a reason they need to advertise when things are slow by handing out flyers. They are shooting themselves in the foot by not being good communicators or blowing off small jobs when something more lucrative comes up. Any good honest contractor who communicates well will always have plenty of work by word of mouth referrals. Do a search for the company’s name and you will find more negative reviews.
