We all know the galleria mall, and the constant hustle and bustle of business’ coming and going in the same section of the mall. Johnny’s Burger Factory is among the newest. Small cubby of a restaurant with a pretty chic style with a simple and to the point menu. Burgers, fries, tenders, milkshakes. All spiked with a little modern flare. My friends had a little bit of everything. The Bacon Cheeseburger, the chicken tenders, and I actually had something that wasn’t on the menu. «Naked Tenders» so to speak. Unbreaded chicken tenders, next to some fries. Which, while small, were seasoned very well! Herby and Peppery, paired next to the chipotle ranch, which is super killer. My friend really enjoyed the Bacon Burger, his only qualm was that«There’s too much Spring mix on this burger.» Which, in the defense of the Burger Factory, he’s not much of a salad eater himself. But to each their own. Now, here’s the real crown jewel of Johnny’s…The Salted Caramel Milkshake. Sweet… fancy…Moses. Was this easily one of the best milkshakes I’ve ever had. I hate when something is called Salted Caramel but just tastes like raw sugar. This milkshake brings salted caramel to life. Served with 2 pretzel rods right into it, to reinforce the salt. All and all, pretty rad experience. This place is pretty cool. Along with really good food, the service was probably the best out of ANY store in the mall. The supervisor, I believe his name was Lamar, took care of us by explaining the menu, recommended the naked tenders, after I had mentioned I was on a diet. And sold me on that milkshake…(which I shouldn’t have had on a diet. But, salted caramel is a cruel mistress) all with a smile! So when a place has awesome food, awesome service, and awesome quality control. They’re trying to EARN their spot, earn their clientele, to stay where they are. If it was up to me, I’d put this place in the food court itself, and send Arby’s packing! But that’s just me. If you’re ever in the area, give this place a shot. You won’t regret it!

Solid and choice for a decent quality quick burger, fries, and chicken tenders. Lots of sauces to choose from — personal fav is probably just the standard honey mustard but ya know, they also have sriracha and BBQ sauce, chipotle ranch etc. Everything is made to order so it arrives piping hot. Knocking down a star because the burgers are kind of expensive. $ 9 – 11 for just the burger + tax + whatever tip you decide to give. Not sure I agree that the price justifies the product since this just feels like fast food with no table service, but that’s a subjective matter of opinion. But without the price consideration, I would recommend. Fries are your standard affair — although again, mine came out piping hot so yay for that. The children’s menu tender and fries are a pretty good bargain — is very filling for when you need a pick-me-up between your long day of shopping/exercising by mall walking(ha ha).

Very good looking burger! Nicely seasoned bacon is crisp, and the roll was delicious! Very good French fries! Everything came out hot! Worth the price! If you are looking for cheep then go to McDonalds! This is a premium burger worth the price! Will be back!

Food was not worth the price! Staff was very nice and willing to help. No combo meals. So if you want burger/fries/drink its over $ 16 haha
