Lexus Club

I was very impressed with the food at the Lexus Club! I went with three friends before a Sabres game. Although the menu looked great, we all chose the dinner buffet. We were very happy with our choices! It was a very good deal– a little over $ 30 per person!
The buffet offers a great variety of food– there is truly something for everyone. They change up the selections each night. From what I understand, each night offers a different cheese plate, veggie plate, salad bar, soup, multiple meat selections, pasta, seafood and vegetarian dishes.
I could not get enough of the cheese plate. The cheese was Yancy’s Fancy (my favorite). The salami and shrimp cocktail were also delicious.
For my entrée, I settled on the shrimp, spinach & bowtie pasta in a cream sauce, with a few strips of fresh carved prime rib and a sample of the lamb curry over rice. Although these dishes made absolutely no sense together, they were all very good!
In addition to the great food, the restaurant is beautiful. The dining room has a gorgeous view overlooking Canalside. We were able to watch the light show on the grain elevators while we ate. I will definitely be returning soon!

A great way to beat the crowds and the lines to grab a cocktail or meal. You can order your meal in between periods and it will be waiting for you when you get there. The only thing that kept it from earning that 5^th star was the pricing. If you chose the buffet dining option, for two people, you’re looking at close to $ 60.
