I guess it depends on how busy it is and who’s working whether you get good or surly and rushed service. Prices need to be displayed. Last week there was a big sign for T-bones 4.99 a lb. Ok, gimme a nice thick one. Wraps it up and says ok thats 16.34. Huh? It’s not that big. It’s almost 2 pounds. The math doesn’t work at 4.99 a lb. Oh those are sold out. Annoying. And I prefer my vendors to be courteous. I got a few pounds Italian sausage that was on sale. Never tried it from there before. Shockingly bad. So bad I took a bite and threw the rest out. Great neck bones in one big piece so your sauce isn’t full of bone fragments. That’s what I mainly go there for.

Last good and true meat vendor standing at the Broadway Market. I can buy ox tails, pig jowls, tripe… the possibilities are endless. Also a wide variety of Boars Heads cold cuts. I grew up two streets away and this is as close as I can get to the original Broadway Market.
