Been here 8 times. 8 screw ups on orders. The last 3 times i went inside and ordered… yep! Still screwed it up. One employee actually said, «Wow, I’m really off today.» I wonder how many drive-thru orders he got wrong. The last time was on 1⁄16. A $ 15.ish order. Nothing special. Wife, me and 2 toddlers eating inside. The order took 23 minutes to get. It was NOT at a busy time. They are so unorganized it’s pathetic. They forgot all sauces(20 piece nugget and for 2 orders of cheese-sticks), They also forgot a McChicken. You don’t even get a «Sorry about your wait» Nothing. 8 times is enough… won’t be back here ever. We don’t actually eat McD’s often but i enjoyed it as a kid… wanted my kids to be able too also… every once in a while. We’ll wait until we’re near another store now.

I will drive 3 miles to another Mcdonald’s just not to have to go here. They never get an order correct in the drive through. The crew is very slow and rude. Has to be the worst managed store in WNY

This is one of my favorite McDonald’s in the area it may be a wait but it is well worth it. Fresh food and nice crew the only bad thing I can say is the wait

I’ve had a trio of bad experiences at this location. It’s such a convenient spot because it’s on my way to work and I love frappes, but I literally just refuse to go here anymore. When I think of ‘inexcusable service offenses,’ this is the place I think of. 1. I’ve gone in and ordered a caramel frappé. They charged me. They didn’t have caramel. Ok fine, I said I’d take chocolate chip. They didn’t have that either. That’s when I asked for a refund. The employee went to get the manager because apparently all refunds need manager-approval. The manager came out, I calmly explained the situation and he said«I don’t understand why you want a refund.» That annoyed me. Seriously? I have to explain to a manager why charging people for products you don’t even have warrants a refund? I was even willing to take a different flavor with no problem what-so-ever but they were out of that, too. I gave up and just took whatever flavor they had. They did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation, for the record. They charged me, gave me a product I didn’t want and didn’t ‘upgrade me to a large’ or offer a sympathy-fry as a courtesy. I feel like I failed myself, here. I feel like I should have stood up for myself, gave them the evil eye and told them they were being ridiculous and I deserved some sympathy-fries, but I didn’t. I can’t force myself to be assertive to food service employees, but at least I can go home and complain about my experience on Unilocal. 2. One time I ordered some nuggets and some fries at the drivethru. I didn’t check the food before leaving the mcdonalds, but I literally only had the nuggets, no fries. Yep. I got one item for my two-item order. 3. I was in the drivethru and had to wait literally about seventeen minutes for a frappé. There was a car ahead of me that must have been having a difficult time for one reason or another — but I feel like it would have been really, really easy for either A) the cashier to give me my frappé at the cash register window or B) just have someone run my frappé out to me. I had a really simple order and there’s no reason to make me wait that long for a drink. This isn’t a location I’ve been to 150 times and I’m recounting the three bad experiences I had. This is a location I’ve been to six times, and I literally had issues for half of them. Well, McDonalds … you broke me. I’m not flipping the coin anymore.

For some reason, the drive thru line at this particular McDonalds stacks up so badly it’s not even funny. This is the closest McDonalds to where I live, and let me tell you… I avoid it like the plague because the line is so long almost any time of day. Otherwise, the food is what you’d expect from McDonalds, love it or hate it.

Straight up worst in the country I hate fast food but 21 minutes in the drive through for a Big Mac meal… Unreal. Sandwich was soggy and the fries were burnt oh and this was a Sunday at like 8 pm no excuse they need to fire everyone in there or at least make them take a customer service class. They must lose soooooo much money for being terrible… And they wonder why McDonald’s is at an all time loss in the stock market … Hire better employees, it will go a long way

Spent 18 minutes in the drive thru for this McDonald’s just for a Big Mac with fries… and it turns out my Big Mac was cold which is a MAJOR bummer although I was so excited for it! I definitely don’t do McDonald’s often but on the day that I DO decide to do so its just not great service at all. Just avoid it and grab food from a local place if you’re in the area

If I could give this location a –5 I would. First off the drive thru has to be the slowest in the country. Ive literally waited up to 25 minutes for my food. They added two full spots for drive thru waiting so I guess they are admitting they have some issues. Going inside for your food is even more aggrevating. The lines are always long and the wait is horrible. I ordered breakfast. My breakfast bagel was ready but I could see them giving away my additional items to customers who ordered after me. They get the additional items only to realize they have no hash browns left. I was told it would be an additional 2 minutes and they would bring me. Needless to say we had to ask for them after 10 additional minutes. The management staff should be fired for not training their staff. The cashiers are constantly asking for help as they cant use the computers, the food prepers are too busy checking texts, and the tables are filthy. I guess im the dumbass for giving them additional tries. its extremely close and always hope they will change their ways. Never again!!!

Went through the drive thru and was waiting over 30 minutes. They really need to speed it up over here. The mcdonalds at walden does take this long. They should hire more people is understaffed.

Not a fan of McDonalds. I’d rather live under the bridge downtown, but I don’t ever want to feel like Flea did that day, so take me to the place I love, take me all the way. So I have to give this place 2 stars instead of 1 because(a) they let me use their bathroom when I didn’t order anything, and didn’t complain… and(b) they actually have good tasting Sweet Tea(which I found out on a different visit… when I was playing soccer at Walden Park). However I was so starving I got the $ 1 double cheeseburger too, and it was barely even lukewarm. Cold. Seriously. Come on. Make me a fresh one dollar burger. I didn’t want to eat it anyway so they did me a favour. But seriously.

Oh man, I broke down and got an egg mcmuffin meal on Sunday morning. Egg McMuffin, Hash Browns and Diet Coke. Yes, it was that good. And it was that worth it.
