Microsoft Store

I have to start by saying that I am a Mac user due to accessibility features built in for the visually impaired. I also have to say I walked into the Microsoft store to see if there is a tablet on the market that is larger and more powerful than an iPad. I was surprised to see that the Surface Pro may just be a giant killer. I am equally surprised by this particular store and the gentleman who assisted me.
I was met by an associate named Ben. He was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and willing to answer all my questions. Although he knew I would be purchasing in another state and needed some tough convincing with specs to make a move from the iPad, Ben was not deterred. He also let me know his attention wasn’t commission based, rather driven by a sincere interest in helping me decide on the best product. This is the kind of gentleman you need to keep in your stores all over the country. The store was very well lit, and unlike the Apple Stores, not packed with people waiting to be served. I was quite impressed. Thanks for the bottled water for me and my friend, Ben! Buffalo was way too hot that day :-)
