Mind to Mind – An Evening of Psychic Theater

the first part of this review was written over a year ago, I forgot to post:
I am a long time cynic but now (almost) a believer. Amazed at what he can do and predict. In one instance– he knew not just what the audience member next to me wrote down and put in a sealed envelope but also what he considered and never wrote. Each audience member gets the opportunity to put in a secret question that he answers– impressed with the responses and in my case, hope that true.
Besides even if you do not believe– the show is very entertaining.
So– why 4 stars instead of 5? A few of the bits dragged– particularly those involving drawing and the space is up lots of stairs and the seating was not optimal.

I went to this show because a relative had been and gave me a ticket. I was skeptical. I was amazed and convinced once he started answering the questions from the audience. Each member of the audience writes down a question and puts it in a small covered box. He pulls out the questions one by one and answers without reading or opening the paper! It is also a very casual relaxed environment and no one feels singled out or embarrassed. Sabastian Black is a class act, and I would recommend his show to anyone looking for an afternoon of good entertainment, or looking for the answer to a burning question.

This show is great fun! I left the show with lots of wonders… Will definitely try to go back and see the show again!

It was worth the 2 flights up… Sebastian Black is very likable and earnest. He goes beyond the usual parlor tricks and his usually accurate results are very intriguing!

An intimate and original performance piece. Sebastian Black is warm and down to earth. As likable and easy going as the guy next door. Then he suddenly starts pulling thoughts out of the air. Reading minds, projecting thoughts, predicting audience member’s choices. The show is very interactive and everyone gets involved. The final portion of the show is a demonstration of psychic readings. Everyone gets to write a question on a small card, fold it up and drop it in a shopping bag onstage. Sebastian senses the questions and predicts an answer for each person in the room. Looks like Sylvia Brown has some competition! The audience that I attended was very engaged and enthusiastic. It’s great fun at a very affordable price. I recommend this show and would love to see it move to a bigger venue.

For his birthday, I took my friend to see Sebastian’s show. It sounded interesting, although I was initially skeptical. My friend is an even greater skeptic than I. All I can tell you, is that we both thoroughly enjoyed this venue, and we both came away KNOWING this was beyond magic.
Everything Sebastian did had no explanation other than he was tapping into some higher source for information he could not possibly have known otherwise. In addition, his delivery was impeccable and he related very well to the audience, as we participated in all of his vignettes.
This show was a very pleasant surprise and contributed greatly to my good friend’s birthday celebration.
Sit back, relax and enjoy the show. I know there’ll be some ooh’s and ah’s…

Meet Sebastian Black, a man dressed in black who will tap into your thoughts and make a connection between your mind and his: Mind to Mind.
Sebastian Black is a likeable guy with an easy going manner, and that’s what makes this show a lot of fun. At the beginning of the show, Sebastian explains that the audience dictates the show’s direction. As he taps into their minds and energies, he may choose to go one direction instead of another to take advantage of the audience’s own psychic abilities. During the show I attended, Sebastian was able to successfully predict a series of outcomes, even one that would have cost him a few hundred dollars had he been wrong. He was able to tap into the minds of the audience and tell them what they were thinking. Don’t be scared. It wasn’t their deepest, darkest secrets, but instead, a specific thought that they had decided upon only moments ago.
To say any more may spoil the show for some… okay, one last thing. At one point in the show, Sebastian was blindfolded with layers upon layers of gaffer’s tape and yet was still able to «see» apparently through his heightened sense of touch. This was AMAZING!!!
