Modern Window of New York

While I have not hired Modern Window of New York to do any work on my house, my interactions with their sales staff makes me want to take my business elsewhere. Twice I have entered into a $ 5000 window giveaway and both times they have aggressively pursued my business. The first time I entered, a salesperson called and repeatedly tried to get me to schedule a free at-​home estimate. This time around, I knew better to answer their phone calls. They called me five times in the last five days, but never left a message. Today a salesperson named Kimberly called and left me a voicemail stating that she had excellent news for me regarding my entry into the contest. I called back realizing that it was probably just a sales tactic and it was. She did let me know that I won a pre-​drawing promotion discount voucher for up to $ 1,200 off my next window project. Although there is no obligation tied to this voucher, it could only be hand-​delivered by a consultant during a free at-​home estimate.

They earned this 5 star review. Brian came to our house for a free consultation. It was very informative, and he assisted us with making the right decisions. All windows are custom built to fit your home. The install crew was also fantastic. They were punctual, professional, and friendly. They worked quickly and efficiently. Replacing our windows was a good choice, but having Modern Window of WNY do them was our best decision ever made in home renovating. Thanks guys!!!
