I’m presently sitting in the waiting room, my first scheduled appt I got here in plenty of time & was told there was no record of me even being in their system let alone have an appt. so they scheduled an appointment for this am at 9:30, on arrival, they took my name & and kept looking and I asked if they couldn’t find me. Got a snippy, «I’m looking» so I handed her my appointment card with today’s date & time on it, she asked for my id & insurance card and told me to take a seat. Never told me whether or not they found me, but everyone in waiting room that has come in after me has already gone back & here I sit… Go find another eye dr. This place is poorly run and no people skills by staff whatsoever

I had such a bad expierence with this business Friday, april 6th, 2016 with the staff its sad. One staff member in particular was very rude, mean, n nasty to me. I will never go bk aftr this. They way they tlk to me was totally unacceptable for me whn I hv to pay my mny for eye glasses. Plz ppl watch whr u go n pay ur mny for services rendered. It took a month jus to get the appt only to b treated like no bdy. I warn u b4 patronizing this establishment.

The staff here is so friendly! I just transitioned from the Orchard Park office to the Buffalo office since I have recently moved to the city and work in the city. The establishment was clean, fast in service and everyone was incredibly nice. I was very impressed that the front desk had already checked my insurance and knew that i had no co pay. This sounds weird however sometimes as we know a lot of doctor offices make you call your insurance yourself. The most tricky thing about my experience at the Ross Eye Institute was finding parking. There is a pretty plentiful parking lot that can be accessed only on Barker Street. This was confusing since if you drive by on main street you see the building and google tells you that Ross Eye Institute is located on main street address(which technically it is). It does not tell you you can only access that address from the parking lot which is off of Barker Street. I’m not blaming Google obviously but I am saying keep this in mind so you are not driving around in circles for 5 minutes like I did :).
