SHIPPING HQ

I recently moved to the area and have been using Shipping HQ for all my business and personal shipping for the past few months. Service is always prompt and efficient. They always have sufficient supplies in stock (unlike many other services I’ve used). The owners are wonderful and always offer friendly service.
Over the holidays, USPS provided unacceptable delivery service. I paid a considerable amount for 2 day priority delivery and the package arrived 8 days later. Larry handled this situation in a most professional way, keeping in regular contact with me and USPS, and providing me with a refund before he even knew he would receive one from USPS. Have you ever tried dealing with USPS directly? I have and it’s a nightmare! Larry saved from this telephone hell and, for that alone, I am grateful.
I will continue to use Shopping HQ for all my shipping needs and recommend anyone else in the area do so as well.

These guys do a great job taking care of all your shipping needs. The worst part about shipping any big item is packing it. The guys at shipping hq take care of all of that for you and make shipping super easy. All you have to do is bring in whatever item you need shipped give them a general idea of what you want to have it packed in and they will pack it professionally and neatly for you. They will give you great shipping quotes and when you see the service that they give you for what you pay for you will never go anywhere else again for any sort of shipping even if its just sending a letter or even something that you have a call tag for you will take it to them just so that they can get the business.

If you need to ship anything, this is the place to go. I have to ship a lot of promotional items for work and stumbled across this place. They have everything you need to ship — and if you’re not in the mood to package your items yourself — they’ll even do that for you.
I have a once a year order of hundreds of calendars, and they come with pens in one box and pen attachments in a separate box, and Shipping HQ sorted everything for me, and shipped it out, all I had to do was leave them my address list. If I sorted it all myself it would have taken me hours. Best part? They didn’t even charge me for the time it took them to organize everything — just for the postage and the boxes.

These guys are super reliable, helpful, honest and affordable. They’ll pack and ship anything for fair prices and the service is better than a 4 star restaurant. Whenever I’m in town and need to ship stuff back home I go here and get great help. Just recently they packed up a ton of random items I brought in and shipped it to Chicago for super cheap: a snowblower, weed whacker, lacrosse sticks, badminton set and lawn tools and more! Thanks!
