Best skate shop in the Buffalo area. They have legit brands and know exactly what’s going on. They were also instrumental in getting the new Buffalo Skate Plaza built in the city. Unfortunately, they don’t really do BMX anymore, but they can easily get stuff if you know what you’re looking for.

All I know is, this place was like the only one in the Buffalo area that got exclusive SB Dunks on their release date, so I came here for a pair and only was there with one other party waiting! Got there about an hour before opening, and got my pair no problem. Basic skate shop, defintely take advantage of this diamond in the ruff if you are a sneakerhead!

When I had to leave San Francisco to go visit in-laws in Buffalo, I made a trip to this so-called skate shop. Not cool, more of a «fresh» shop. They push lame brands i.e. mostly Nike. They claimed on their web page to be all about skating and the ‘art’ of it, but where is there ‘art’ in corporate non-skate companies! Do you guys give free Gatorade when i purchase Nikes and say«o.k. now go out and create!» whatever I can buy a Real deck anywhere in the city and its not special.

First off, I don’t skate(other than some foolishness I had in my Middle School/High School years with a generic board), but i have had a huge appreciation for the sport & its culture for the longest time, before Tony Hawk was a mainstream name at least. I first found Sunday when I was randomly looking for an Nike SB account in the area. After my first visit I realized Sunday is the epicenter of all things Skating/BMX in Buffalo. I think anyone that skates or rides bmx in the area frequents the shop. The employees, including the 2 owners, JP& Jim are extremely nice as they are knowledgeable. Its the place to get new gear for your sport of choice, or to get into a sport. I have personally seen kids getting their first boards, or veteran skaters coming in for their umpteenth board and getting the same level of top notch service. You can come here any day and find kids hanging out, many times I’ve found myself shooting the breeze about random topics for a long minute, don’t be surprised if you are too. The prices are very reasonable, and they have a lot of dope stuff from Nike SB, Vans, Emerica, ES, etc. They also just doubled the size of their store in the past few months, giving them more room to stock stuff. I find their site useful for checking out what they are getting in store. The best skate shop in western new york.
