I went to the Sunoco was attended by Abush. I was trying to play a lotto number and I needed assistance on how to write the information on the slip. Since the first slip I filled i did it incorrectly and with that being said, the cashier told me that he had to take the client 2 persons behind me, with out me finishing my transaction to purchase the lotto. Then I complaint to the supervisor Rasheed, and he tells me. «well what did you think, that the cashier is going to sit withme all day?» and I quote… I am absolutely appalled!!! I am a professional and I don’t understand the rudeness. HOWDID Abush tell me to step aside and skip me to check someone else out before me. Once I explained my situation to the Supervisor, he did nothing to assist me and dismissed me too. This all happened in the amount of time that would take to input two separate transactions for the lotto. Mind you before me he was assisting a person with money order, in which he ran out of money order checks and needed more.
