I haven’t been here, but based on th eSmackaroni at the soup fest, I feel incline to say Great job! I may have to stop in if I am out that way.

Stopped in for lunch after having driven by here 5,000 times! This is the café inside a salon, or salon inside a café place on Sheridan and Harris Hill. It’s a quaint little café setting, with a few tables. Nothing fancy but cute, with Stevie Wonder playing on the stereo. Though I didn’t LOVE anything I had here for lunch, they have won awards at Soup Fest. I had a turkey sandwich and Thanksgiving soup. Both were unique and I LOVED the roll that the sandwich was on. The soup, though a unique idea could have been improved with real roasted turkey breast meat in it, not deli meat. Same goes for the sandwich. We were treated to soup samples before our meal(the award winning red pepper gouda was super rich and tasty) and adorable little sweet potato pie samples to go, which I have yet to dig in to. While I’ve had better lunches for much less(the bill was $ 30 for 2 of us!), what moves this from a 2 to a 3 star review for me was the warm and pleasant service. Such nice people! I’m looking forward to trying a Friday Fish Fry here at some point!
