I love going to Target. I just wish their carts weren’t all broken. I have a young child and I have to check up to 5 carts before I find one safe enough for her to sit in. Most are missing their seat flaps (or the seat is cracked/​broken), others are missing the safety straps. I have complained multiple times to the management but nothing changes. She’s 6 now, so doesn’t use the seat very often anymore, but this is SIX years of having issues with the carts and nothing has been done about it. I’m really disappointed with this.
Otherwise, the store is clean, the staff is courteous, and I like the merchandise.
Just please fix the carts already!
