The Floristry

Totally wish Id remembered to take a picture of a bouquet I picked up here recently. It was FANTASTIC. I had gone in around 10 am, sort of knowing what I wanted, but not really having a specific picture in mind either. Their website does have all sorts of beautiful things pictured too.
It took a while for someone to emerge from the back to help me, but that’s fine, its Christmas time and they are super busy right now. I wasn’t even sure if they would be able to accomidate my sort of last minute request. But once someone came out and I said I was looking for a bouquet in xx price range, pretty and Christmasy without being «too Christmasy», she asked a few questions and asked if I needed it delivered. I was able to pick it up, and thats probably a good thing.
I went back around 2 for the pickup. Out comes this gorgeous bouquet with red, white and green and in a very high tall vase, it was prefect. Exactly what I was looking for without having been able to describe it. Can’t beat that.

We used the Floristry for our June 28^th wedding. Fanny and her team were great to work with from initial consultation through to the wedding day. During the planning process Fanny ensured we were getting exactly what we wanted and within our desired budget, never trying to up sell us for items we didn’t need. She made great recommendations on what would work well with my colors and vision as I wasn’t extremely knowledgeable in the various types of flowers. One of our flowers did not come in from the grower in the correct color and the Floristry went above and beyond to find a solution, ultimately delivering exactly what we were envisioning.

I just received a wildly beautiful vase of blue hydrangeas, green hydrangeas and plump pink roses with assorted glossy leaves from The Floristry.
Last year, they and I designed a huge arrangement for my foyer that is absolutely fabulous and a bit unusual.
Many moons ago, I went to a wedding where they did the centerpieces and was just blown away by the way they looked simple and elegant, yet still felt festive and sumptuous.
There’s a reason The Floristry has the reputation is has enjoyed for decades: its classical, yet modern, approach to floral arranging is always in style.

The Floristry is far and away the BEST place for flowers in Buffalo. I use them for all my business bouquets… their fruit baskets are fantastic too. The floristry is the absolute best. I met with the owner before my wedding, having not a clue as to what kind of flowers would work best for our ceremony. I showed her a picture of my dress and she immediately knew what kinds of flowers would look best. I trusted her and I am so glad I did. Honestly, I was blown away on my wedding day when I saw the flowers. They were beyond perfect. She added in some tiny details that were awesome and matched my personality (polka dotted ribbon around the bridesmaids bouquets). The flowers and pedestals at the ceremony were so beautiful as well. They were willing to go above and beyond for us. I seriously recommend this place and have told many
People about it.

I will never use this shop again. They have failed to deliver an arrangement even close to what I purchased. I bought from their website, and the arrangement I bought was pictured «as shown». The woman on the phone tried to give me an excuse that the picture of the one I wanted was one of the deluxe choices, etc. I told her she needs to check her website and that is a lie. Then, she tried to blame it on Teleflora. What a crock. To remedy, she wanted me to have my brother, who was in town for his wedding, to return the flowers to the front desk of hotel and they would pick up and redo. Absolutely ridiculous! Today is their wedding day. Their website touts that they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. All she agreed to do was refund half my purchase, and that’s before the delivery fee. Beware! I wouldn’t purchase from here if I were you. They made significant changes to my order with never consulting me, and what they delivered was nothing like what I ordered. Complete disaster! Go somewhere else!
