Tim Hortons

Had to drop a final star and decided to never come to this location again.
I noticed on my bill, I had been charged twice one day. I always get the same thing and know the price. I was charged $ 7 and $ 12. I knew my card wasn’t stolen and both charges were at the same time. Talked to corporate TH and was told to go to that location and talk to the manager.
When I did, he said «it doesn’t make sense» No kidding. he took my number and said he would give me a call when he figures it out.
3 days later, no call.

I LOVE YOU! if you guys make fancy sprinkled Boston creams, you’ll make me a plain fresh dipped one! the raspberry filled and cruelers are my favorite! they may be busy, but everything is ALWAYS fresh and yummy!

This isn’t the best Tim Horton’s out there, not by a stretch. The drive thru speaker is difficult to hear often times, which isn’t helped with nasty attitudes from the employees. My coffee order was wrong frequently and after two times in the same week I was given a muffin instead of the bagel I ordered, I just stopped going to that location.
Luckily, you don’t need to travel far to find another Tim Horton’s in this town.

Not my favorite location but it gets the job done in the morning. The drive through is pretty okay but they’ve gotten my order wrong a few times in the last few weeks. A biscuit is not the same as an English muffin and coffee is most definitely not tea.
I love coffee but when I’m expecting tea and get something else, I’m displeased to say the least. This location also does not serve hot apple cider which is also detracts from the appeal of this particular location.
The Wi-​Fi is unreliable and the lobby definitely is home to some interesting folks. If you’re trying to get work done or want to be left alone, this is not the place. It gets pretty loud and is a smaller space than other TH locations.
If I left earlier for work, I’d go out of my way to a different TH that is further away but… I stay going to this one because I need my morning fix and is on the way. Otherwise, Sweet Home & Sheridan location all the way.

After moving to buffalo recently, always see a Tim Hortons on everyblock! Being a starbucks fan still wanted to see what all the fuss was about and Tim hortons did not disappoint. Donuts are so fresh and delicious! Service was fast and friendly. Coffee was good too. Way better than dunkin donuts. Highly recommend Tim hortons to anyone.

Their coffee, hot chocolate, donuts rock… their sandwiches are pathetic and overpriced. They have this thing called «Timbits» which are donut holes and come in different flavors in an assortment box (10 of them $ 2.99).
Hot spot for young UB kids… ull always see them sitting here and chilling or studying not only coz its cheap but its amazing coffee and its a local Buffalo thing… being a canadian chain its limited to Buffalo. Its popularly called tims… and I love it… and miss it like anything… :((

Main St across from UB South location. If it were a barber shop, it’d be Trim Hortons.
I was last here about a year ago, and now I actively avoid this location. I think I’ve been here about 5 times in total, but there won’t be a 6^th visit.
This is one of the worst locations, the service is just horrendous and usually the order isn’t what I want, or if it is, it’s cold. Very rude too. There are plenty of good ones (Sheridan & Sweet Home is my fave) but this is at the bottom end of the list.
A Canadian legend. Their hot chocolate is not great, their iced cap is good, coffee lovers adore their coffee, and their donuts are bad. Their sandwiches are terrible and overpriced. I’d give them a ²⁄₅ for the food, or a ¹⁄₅ for the fact that they put all the locals out of business. This one is actually the worst location, with the worst service, but I’ve only been there a couple of times.

Slow slow service I’m standing in line for two mins… not one person here

I could drink a gallon every day, but only allow myself to have one each weekend on the way out to snowboarding (‘cuz I’ll work off the calories, bro!). I usually get one single Timbit, but I think their donuts do not rock.
