We stopped in while visiting town and really enjoyed the experience. The staff is friendly and efficient. Our coffee was the perfect temperature, not scalded like some places. The coffee is far better than Starbucks, not over-roasted or bitter. The drinks were very well made and hit the spot. We are not Tim Horton’s regulars, but if we had one in our area, we would certainly consider this a potential regular stop. Keep expanding south Tim!

Quick stop for some hot fresh caffeine in a cup to go! Super long line for the drive thru, but it moved quite well. Cashier was very confused and overwhelmed… all we ordered was two coffees with extra cream but it took a few tries to finally get our order correct. I’m hoping they were just understaffed, so i’ll give this place another try… but overall the coffee was fresh and hot. I got the caffeine hook up I needed.

Good, fast quick service. Coffee blows away Starbucks any day. Only drawback is they constantly are out of items as night approaches

I will start by saying that I am a Starbucks gal. I do not enjoy Tim Hortons. I do, however, eat/drink there when someone gives me a gift card for there. Their sandwiches are way over-priced. It’s Tim Horton’s…I can get a $ 7 sandwich from Friday’s for better quality. Little bit ridiculous. There isn’t really anything I like about Tim’s. I drink my coffee black, so if I’m in a rush and can’t get to Starbucks(there really needs to be more of them around), then I’ll suffer through Tim’s, only with a gift card. Otherwise I would prefer a Starbucks K-cup over T. Hoes. The workers also weren’t nice. I understand you’re working a drive-thru at Tim Hortons, but, YOU chose to work there. So try not to be a raging a$$hole when people come through. And if I tell you to have a nice day, as the customer, you could at least say thank you. Starbucks will always have the upper hand in customer service, that’s for sure. Would much rather pay for better quality and nicer people. X’s and O’s! J

If Mr Selleck, Petty, Berenger, Hanks, Cruise and Waits owned this store it’d be Tom Hortons. But they don’t. The Canadians own it eh. I like this location. Service isn’t so friendly, and the approach is weird, with more swerves and dips than a ballerina on stage at nearby Tiffany’s or Pharoah’s. It looks a bit like a ramp at a parking garage(to me), which is ironic because it’s on Wehrle Drive, so it makes sense that it’s a bit«whirly». The product has been good 4 times out of 5(or thereabouts). Hot, milky, and sweet, is all I ask for. It loses a star for not being 100% consistent, and it loses a star for bad service more than a couple of times… just a lack of friendliness and a weird wait time once. So it averages out to a 3. Chain info: Canadian coffee chain that is literally all over Buffalo, where I always order the 4&4 which you should try… it’s very milky and very sweet and very delicious. It is for a good friend, but I always have some of it first(since I’m usually paying for it these days) and then judge it compared to all the other locations in town. And if it were colloquial modern slang it’d be Dem Hortons. And if my gf worked here then Dem Hortons would be enormous and very impressive and point to the sky.

I mean, for not being a Tim Hortons junkie, I visit here quite frequently… Mainly due to the fact I’m always through the drive thru fastest compared to sitting in a 45 minute line at the other one 2 seconds down the street(granted its between 5−6am after dropping off my overnight shift vehicle back to work). Since I’m not a coffee drinker I’m not sure what the«norm» for coffee runs are to be honest. But regardless, I always get great service from this particular location and they make my «frozen» drinks to the consistency I like… Not the 90% liquid like drinking melted ice cream. I would rather pour myself a cup of milk to save the $ 4 on that kinda crap. Anyways… Vanilla & Cream is one of my faves, since all my other drinks have since been retired or something. But awesome if you love white tootsie rolls cause it tastes identical. P. S. This location is pretty smart but even though it’s a featured drink on their signs apparently some Tim Hortons still think you’re ordering a donut.

I come to this Timmys every morning before I go to work not because its my favorite but because its the most convenient, I have to pass here every day in order to get to work. I always order a large triple triple regular brew coffee and I have to say it is never consistent some days its perfect other days its terrible either they forgot to really put cream in it all together or there’s no sugar but to much cream its strange. The location for me at least is great it shares space with a gas station so days that I need to get gas I also can run in and grab a coffee which I love. Customer service is not the best. They are sometimes rude when they are completely ignoring you when there handing you what you paid for, I sort off get it because they’re extremely busy they don’t have time to connect but they can at least smile and say good morning. Over all I have to give them a two because of the non consistent customer service and the fact that they always seem to get my coffee wrong but one great aspect is the location. I really love the location :)

It’s 830a on a Friday. I got in the drive thru lane — then I RAN home, brewed a pot of coffee, grew the sugar cane to make my personal sugar for my coffee and enjoy a cup of coffee. Then RAN back to my car STILL waiting in the drive thru lane and slit my throat from boredom of waiting longer. Good luck if you happen to be in a rush with this place.

I really don’t know why«Timmy Ho’s» has such a loyal following. I mean there are people who eat here just about every day. To me the coffee is kind of bitter, the donuts are on the small side and overly greasy, and the workers aren’t particularly friendly or helpful. And, to add insult to injury, my son was asked if he’d like whipped cream on the hot chocolate he ordered(he said, «yes»)…and, we were charged an extra 50 cents for it… and it was fake non-dairy whipped crap. Do yourself a favor… STAYAWAY!

A good Timmy’s with fast service … a weird drive through that I wouldn’t recommend on an icy evening, but otherwise — a good choice. Plus Timmy’s coffee is, as we all know, awesome.
