This Tims is across the street from the airport. It’s nice and clean and makes a good use of tiny space, layout wise. Service is a little bit lacking, though, and a bit lacking in organization compared to the other ones I’ve visited.

Not sure why people rave about this chain. Coffee is good. Breakfast wraps are good. This specific location has nothing but slow, lazy workers. I wish I could have taken a picture of the girl behind the counter with her head in her hands looking bored w no customers even though the floor was filthy and every table in the place needed wiping off. Manager… wake up!

This is probably my favorite Tim Hortons location and not because they wake me up in the morning before work(I drink decaf these days) but because their staff is quick, efficient, friendly and they make my decaf double, double perfectly! I’ve noticed that the coffee at the surrounding Tim Horton’s locations tastes a bit too strong for me and I never get that perfect amount of cream and sugar in my large cup but I will only stop at this location when I want a fresh cup of arabica decaf. Just my personal preference. As for their donuts, I don’t really care for them but I do buy an assortment of their donut holes every once in awhile and those satisfy my sugar craving just fine. I’m ashamed to admit that I have ordered their breakfast sandwiches. Ashamed because it’s fast food devoid of anything healthy but it is what it is when you’re hungry. I prefer their sausage over the bacon even though I appreciate bacon over sausage, but their bacon is like that crispy microwaveable bacon you buy in a box from Oscar Myers at the grocery store. So… They’ll put the sausage on anything you ask for. I’ve tried sausage on a bagel, croissant, English Muffin, multigrain flat bread(eww), biscuit and wrap, and the best in my opinion is the sausage and cheese on a biscuit with a bagel coming in second. Truth is, they’re all dry, microwaved crap but if you’re starving in the morning, it’s all deadly. I also don’t like their eggs so I skip them. I frequent this establishment during my morning commute only. They sometimes have a really long line(makes sense with all the airport traffic and city commuters coming from the 198) but I never wait more than ten minutes to get through it. Oh, the things I do for a decaf…

Staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful. Order was accurate and food was better than Dunkin. This Yankee is pleased.

Avoid at all cost esp. if you are in a hurry! They are sllllloooowww… Today on a Sunday between 4−5PM, there were only 2 workers doing the drive-though and the restaurant orders. It took them more than 25 minutes to fill my order. They were out of chicken, out of buns, etc. My turkey bacon club ended up a panini without the bacon and wilted lettuce which we couldn’t even eat(see picture) They had to be reminded about the pastries the and the coffees which they missed but which were already paid for. They have so much to learn about what Tim Horton’s in Canada is all about: Fast Quality service… NOTCOMINGBACKHEREEVERRRR!

Genesee across from airport location. My friend Jenny hates Tim Hortons. I often bring her to this location and try and convince her that the coffee is delicious, but no matter how I try, I cannot make Jenny See what I see. Get it? Jenny See? Tim Horton’s is Canadian, and this location is right across from the airport, so as you would expect, it is full of Germans. What do you mean that didn’t make sense? I usually get a 4&4 which means it’s basically sugar & cream with a little coffee in there. It’s not for me, it’s my friend that likes it that way, but I usually slurp down at least one third of the cup before delivering it to her and I have to say it’s the most delicious, mild, smooth coffee I’ve had. Probably because I don’t know coffee and I don’t like coffee and this version tastes more like a hot milkshake. Excellent location that is usually very consistent. So anyway, this location so far has always got the order exactly right and it’s been piping hot and yummy. So far so good. It loses 1 point for being an evil corporate chain. Other than that I can find no failings whatsoever. The drive through is a little crazy, you feel like you are returning a car when you go through it. But it’s also kind of fun. To pretend you’re flying away somewhere. Instead of becoming a Siberian Icicle as usual for the next 4 months. I just wish I could make Jenny See things the way I do.

So… I’m visiting from the sunshine too humid state of Florida… I’ve been hearing all about how amazing Timmy’s coffee is! My lover man thinks the coffee is good so we decided to stop by for a bagel and coffee. However he always complains that all the Timmy’s usually always get his order wrong… but come on … How can that be… oh Lordy lord was he right!!! I wanted white NOT black Hot chocolate! He wanted no meat in his sandwich he got meat in his sandwich. So I guess just don’t leave without checking what you have! Especially if you have food allergy!

I got here at 11:15 and was told they were Not serving hot food anymore. That’s 80% of the menu. Why are they open if all they can serve is a cold ham & Swiss sandwich that has 1 piece of cheese on it … Never again Tim hortons

When it comes to Timmy’s this location is as good as it gets. I don’t live in Buffalo, but travel here twice a year for work. With this location only feet from all the Marriott properties it’s a common stop on the way to starting the day. The drive through moves fast and when I go inside my order is in my hands before my credit card transaction is complete. Excellent service. Affordable and blows the over priced spots like Starbucks away. Thanks for such awesome service!

Timmie’s as the Canadians like to call it. I grew up in Canada and this was a fav stop for me. I’ve since graduated to stringer coffee but nastalgia always brings me back. I had a hot chocolate with a shot of mint(yum) in an extra large cup. Delicious. I ordered a panini and Mac and cheese to go back to my hotel(days inn right next door). Both were hot and good. Just what I needed on a cold night. I did get a donut for desert. An apple fritter. I occasionally get these at Starbucks but Tim’s makes them just a wee but better! An apple fritter should be light and airy. After all it’s a yeast donut. Part of the charm of Tim’s is the fact that is named after a hockey icon. And there literally is one on every corner where I grew up. This one lived up to my expectations. It was clean. Service was prompt. Food came out quick. The place was empty at the time and the cashier was chatting with a friend/coworker, but it didn’t interrupt my service. Didn’t see the«ghetto» factor another Unilocaled posted about. It’s near an airport and a strip of hotels. I didn’t expect a high end donut shop. If you go, get one of their flavor options, try a fritter or the Tim bits.

This place was pretty dingy and empty whenever I went here, no matter what time of the day. I felt kind of unsafe whenever I went in, but sometimes it was the only place around that was open with coffee, tea, and the accompanying pastries/carbs for affordable prices. Also, homeless people used to walk in and steal from the counter tops, etc. How do I know? Because I witnessed aggressive, would-be or ex– or current homeless people who smelled really bad and looked as if they carried guns or knives, walk in, grab what they wanted, and walk out again. BTW, cashiers and workers saw them a few times, but didn’t do anything, probably because they didn’t want to get knifed over a donut.

Call ahead when ordering 6 boxes of coffee. Typical Timmy’s location. I stopped on my way to work to pick up 6 to-go boxes of coffee. Obviously I made the mistake of not calling ahead. They did a good job getting it all ready as quickly as possible, but it became a comedy of errors with spills, boxes falling apart, boxes not being put together… I’m sure my order made for a rough morning for that unfortunate young lady.

This was the dirtiest most ghetto Tim’s I’ve ever been too. It was right next to the rental car place which was convenient, but I felt like I was going to get mugged by the girl behind the counter. Shameful representation of Tim’s!

So… The locals rave about the«Canadian Dunkin Donuts» and coffee here. As a visitor, it was worth convincing the van driver to make a stop on the way to the airport to give TH a shot. Our Captain bought coffee and donuts to split & sample with the crew. Monkey do: BLACKCOFFEE — Great! CREME-FILLEDCHOCOLATERAISEDDONUT — nothing to write home about RAISEDDONUT w/JELLY — dense for a raised donut. not so much. Sorry Tim. Not so much on your donuts, but Monkey will drop in for coffee.

Oh Tim Horton’s, how I love you so. Your coffee is delicious, your prices are fantastically low, your soups and sandwiches make me happy, and you can’t go wrong with your delicious bakery treats! I am sad to say I moved away from Buffalo and no longer have you around, but when I come back for a visit, I make a visit or two before flying back out. You should really build some locations in Seattle and down the west coast ;) If you’re thirsty, try their coffee. Hungry for a meal try the Chicken Stew or Chilli. or both! Yearning for a sweet ‘n tasty treat?.. get any of their donuts or the Berry Explosion Muffin. Your taste buds will thank you!
