Torrid

When I went, they moved their location to another space in the mall, near Five Guys.
I bought a jacket, and sweater here. Average prices for clothing. $ 45.00 for the sweater and $ 100 for the light fall jacket.
They have trendy gear here. Shopping here always boosts my confidence.
I would recommend this shop for plus size girls

I love it there the people that work there are so helpful and easy to approach the only downside is that it’s a little bit pricey but it’s totally worth it

I recently visited this Torrid for the first time in about a year. It has gone down hill in a major way since opening at Galleria back in 2004. The store originally had strong management and staff, but seems to have had some pretty major changes, for the worst. Back in the day, when clothing options were limited, I would shop at Torrid frequently go on a spree every time.
On the most recent visit, I looked and looked around, but could find nothing appealing. Half of the store was clearance and there was literally mayhem back there. Nothing was categorized by size, color, item style or anything. How does this store intend on actually making sales when people are too frazzled to actually find anything worth purchasing? The District Manager needs to pay this Torrid location a visit and whip it back into shape.
Several customers were waiting for a fitting room and no employees seemed to notice or be managing the process until a customer requested assistance. Again, all directions point to management and an understaffed store.
I will continue to shop at this Torrid when visiting Galleria, but would really love if things were better organized and staff were more attentive. If you’re the kind of shopper that likes to grab and go, you’re better off shopping at another location or online.
