I’ve been a patient at this practice for a year. First of alI I only met with an actual doctor for 5 minutes for the first time the other day — after a year! This place sticks you with Physicians Assistants and residents instead of actual doctors, that’s the first major warning sign of a crappy doctors office. My insurance is high deductible, paying $ 75 to not see a doctor is just a straight up insult. Second of all, they’re unwilling to prescribe you medications that you are already on, particularly if its a controlled substance. Instead they attempt to convince you that you need to come for talk therapy. Third of all, they treat you like you have no idea what’s happening to you. They over order tests because hey, that extra unnecessary test and follow up appt is extra money. At one point the PA ordered an expensive test to check out a bump that was actually just a tense mussel. After all of this I was able to call my gynecologist and his secretary called in the RX I requested which the Resident this place stuck me which refused to do without an exam. Come here if you want to be frustrated and pay for garbage service and knowledge. If you want to ever see a qualified real medical professional, this is really not the place.

Évaluation du lieu : 3 Buffalo, NY
Edited(summer 2015) to downgrade a star. The office staff is no longer as helpful as they used to be, and the 4th star was for them. Drs are good though. The Drs here are good. They spend time with each patient. As much time as needed. The care my family has received here has been thoughtful and caring. It’s a family practice so there are often all ages in the wait room. There’s a children’s play area. And the selection and variety of magazines may be the best in Buffalo. But the wait room, which is spacious with lots of chairs and magazines, now has a crazy loud TV with commercials running all the time. Why do these offices think we want this noise at the dr office? People sitting here are often not feeling well and may have headaches. Can you imagine the upcoming flu(often with headaches) season sitting in a loud room? This is just noise. The children feel the need to talk(shout?) over the tv. It just gets louder and louder. I’d never come here if I was actually sick. I’d call and ask they meet me outside or turn off the noise. Honestly. 0 stars for the tv in the wait room 5 stars for actual Drs 3 stars is the ave.
