Since we noticed that our battery in our panel is low and trouble shooting it on the phone with a tech support for over a half hour and 4 emails within a 10 minute time frame saying that the control panel battery is running on 3% on my 9 yr. wedding anniversary she tells me she is sorry but we have to wait for the tech to come out because she has tried everything. The next day I call to try to get our appointment moved up and one tech guy tells me have you tried this and that and when I tell him we tried everything he tells me the tech support that I spoke with last night has no notes in the system. Since last night when I had 4 emails I now wake up to 25 emails saying the same thing and at 8:15 this morning Vivint calling us to tell us something we already know. So I call to ask to have our service discontinued and was told I had to speak to their Customer Loyalty Dept. I speak with their Customer Loyalty Dept. for him to tell me that I cant get out of our contract and he has given us way to much money in credits that he cant do anything for us now even thou now our control panel is not showing us that the door is locked and when windows or doors are open. He tells me that the tech will change out the control panel when he comes in a week. I told him they have already changed out the panel 2 other times. Guess what. Again there are no notes in the system showing that and when the techs come to your house they don’t give you any paperwork to show what they did. So you look like the liar when you tell them that the panel has been changed 2 other times. So here we are how many more emails will we get saying that the battery is low or when it gets to 0 and completely stops our house AGAIN goes unmonitored. They answer the phone where we protect your home and family. How do they do this? I tell the Customer Care Loyalty Rep I want out of our contract due to them not giving us the services we are paying for. He tells me because they are willing to replace the panel because there is no record of it being replaced even thou again I tell him to contact these employees who have replaced it he tells me I cant get out of the contract but its fine for them not to protect our house and may family. Keep in mind I have 3 grandkids that live with us and that was the whole reason we went this security system. One more thing. The numbers they have listed on the internet for their Corporate number is all lies they all go to their Customer Service. You cant get a hold of their Corporate Office.
