I love the make up here. I have never gotten anything I didn’t like. The sales people here are so helpful and never pushy. They will leave you alone if you just want to browse, but if you ask for help, they will make sure you get exactly what you want. They even call me to let me know about sales.

It was my first time visiting this place. My first impression I got from the sales people who worked there were horrible. They wouldn’t even greet me. not even a smile came on their faces. They were just behind their cash wrap counting their money. One of them asked me if I needed help with anything, but I could tell that she wasn’t very friendly from the tone of her voice. The way I see it is that they only approach someone if they’re going to BUY something. I felt rejected and offended. No matter how good the make-up is. I don’t think I’d want to buy anything from those sales people.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the make-up! Not so crazy about the obviously commission driven sales people. I buy my bare escentuals at Sephora or Ulta so I do not have to be attacked by pushy salespeople.
