Batteries Plus Bulbs

Stay away as far as possible from this place! Bunch of morons and clueless people working there. Very immature and disrespectful staff that has no regard to customers. One of the staff members on his phone texting while there were 2 or 3 customers waiting for assistance. How is this place even in business? Took my business next door to Lowe’s who had the same merchandise for fraction of the price and who also happen to have very friendly and courteous staff members!

This past weekend, I carried my son’s i-​phone into this location to have the screen replaced. The guy that was working that day was nice but the new screen he installed was defective and so he asked us to come back 2 days later and he would have another screen for us (at this point I had already paid for the new screen.) When we returned 2 days later, the new screen was still not available as they had promised. The guy working in the store that morning was clueless on the screens and made a couple of calls. He then told us they were on their way and should be there soon. We came back an hour later and they were still not there. So we left the phone with them and came back 2 ½ hours later and picked the phone up on the way to the airport. On the way down to the airport, my son noticed that the screen was not overly sensitive and was even loose/​not installed properly. I called the location to let them know and they were unapologetic. When my son arrived in Colorado, he took it to another Batteries Plus location and they fixed the phone for him. They also told him that whoever installed the screen did not do it correctly. So… after 4 visits to Batteries Plus the screen was fixed.
Moral of the story… don’t trust this location with your phone. They do not know what they are doing and will waste a lot of your time.

They are morons with no clue. I wouldn’t pay this much a battery. Why does this place even exist? Its batteries and bulbs, you can get that anywhere without the stupid upsale hassle and they are not friendly

Waited a few minutes before they acknowledged me.
Not very friendly.
Would not honor warrantied battery with a receipt and less than 30 days old.
Better off ordering a battery from the internet and take your chances.
This place SUX and shouldn’t be in existence.
